Perfect Experience
Beautiful, comfortable hotel. Very friendly staff. Great location, close to downtown and the Gulch area, but far enough away from the craziness of Nashville. The Bourbon Sky bar has the best view in the city, great atmosphere and service.

Great service and help for a last minute need
Service was exceptional. Our travel plans changed last minute and we needed a hotel on very short notice. I spoke by phone with Dana about availability and Antoine at the check-in desk. It was about 1am and we needed a room last minute. Both were very helpful and flexible with our check-in and planned stay. I recognize it was short notice and could have been turned away due to that, but it felt like both Dana and Antoine took extra time and effort to help and make sure our accommodations could be met. We are very appreciative of the ability to stay and it made the rest of our trip much more enjoyable and comfortable. I’ve stayed at JW’s before but the service here stood out. Many thanks.

A Luxurious and Relaxing Hotel
The hotel is ideally situated and is only 15 minutes max walking distance to Broadway and River Front. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very spacious. We booked a high room on the 32nd floor and it was excellent. Quiet and the Air Con worked well. A large and well appointed room with a comfy bed made for a good nights sleep. In the Stompin' Ground Restaurant, food was good although service a little slow. They also have Stompin'Ground Lobby Market which we used to buy coffees and pastries etc. for breakfast. Excellent service and good variety of snacks etc. Overall, staff were friendly and very helpful.

Amazing Concierge’s
Lee Ann and Kerry the concierge’s were amazing. They were friendly and kind.They made us feel very welcome and helped us with activities and dining reservations! They went over and above to help us. It was my daughter’s birthday and they helped make it special with wine and a cake!It was so fun for all of us! They made us feel like family. They were both awesome! Thank you very much!
