Omni Nashville Hotel

The Omni Nashville was anwesome and very beautiful to stay at. From the magnificent lobby to the soft beds and robes, the Omni is top notch. The entire staff was very helpful and accommodating for all our needs and requests. Perfect for the Pearl Jam concert or any event Nashville.

Great location, 5 mins from Broadway. Great pool, comfy beds, and great service. Ordered room service a few times and it was always delivered promptly. We had 7 rooms on our reservation and they called ahead of time to confirm details - nice touch. Recommend to anyone wanting to stay near the downtown action, and have a quiet escape for relaxing.

For a hotel of this caliber, I expected more. The Hot tub wasn't working, the fridge didn't keep my drinks cold, and my car was late because the front desk "forgot" to put in the request. I've asked my corporate office to remove this from a list of choices. There are plenty of better options in Nashville such as The Cambria Hotel.

The hotel stuff was amazing and very accommodating! We booked a king bed room but they only had two queen rooms left. The front desk person that night went above and beyond to find us a king bed room and gave us a generous food voucher for the hotel restaurants and bar. The location was nice and the room was very clean.

The guest services were exceptional! While the room could benefit from minor maintenance, such as addressing a slow drain in the bathroom sink, these were small issues in an otherwise fantastic experience. Overall, the hotel is outstanding. The housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk staff were professional and a pleasure to interact with. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, showing only the expected signs of normal wear and tear.
