Zhian was very professional in his approach. I was lost and he provided leadership along with directions. He is an asset to the team there. I can not believe he is working in valet, he should be promoted to supervisor. His skills are warranted in management

Very helpful valet
When I came out of my event the valet was dealing with a delay that night, but D’rell was very helpful and went to get my car as soon as he could and helped me put all my belongings in my car. He was kind and helpful and I’m so glad he went above and beyond for me.

Bianca at the front desk was extremely helpful. From locating packages to adding a room key, she was professional and proactive and made the experience great. Also when I had 4 packages of decaf coffee in my room and no regular coffee, she kindly and swiftly swapped them out. With a smile!

Very good but could be a bit better.
I was here for a company meeting (~ 200 people). The good: The meeting facilities are good and the AV systems worked flawlessly. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Same for the public areas. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The bad: The hot water distribution needs to be upgraded. If you shower in the morning, do not expect anything more than tepid / lukewarm water. The bar closes at 11:00 PM however, the bartenders begin shutting down 1/2 hour prior.

Great hotel. Beautiful and comfortable room. Great location. Loved how the shower, toilet and sink and vanity were all completely separate for ease of both people getting ready. Great location right off music row. Would stay here again . 😁
