Exceptional
The stay was splendid all thanks to Faiz Lakhani and his colleagues. Bhavya Kriti and Feroz were amazing on the front office and made the check in process and stay exceptionally smooth. Harish, Rakesh and Jaiseep were so amazing at the bar. Bhagat Rohit , Karan were also very helpful. Thank you to the entire team of Taj !

Pathetic experience in Machan
Worst resturant experience in Machan, where the Guest Service Supervisor Rahul Gautam lied blatantly on our face & refused to serve us drinks as the liquor service time had exceeded. We categorically asked him before having drinks in the bar if we can have drinks along with food to which he said yes & then finally we came he just lied on our face. Pathetic service given to all of us.

Everything about the Taj Mahal New Delhi hotel is incredible; a sign of a well managed operation. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The facilities and grounds are impeccably well maintained. When my travels take me back to New Delhi, I'll be staying at the Taj Mahal New Delhi. And I will recommend the Taj to everyone planning a trip to New Delhi.

Great staff and beautiful hotel.
I've been to other five star hotels in the past. However, the way the staff acknowledges and Pampers you is at a different level. Especially the breakfast staff. One person in general I would like to call out is Sanjay from the breakfast staff. Every morning he makes it pleasurable and inviting. He is also very keen on providing good suggestions of breakfast items based on your preferences. He is probably one of the best service person I've had the pleasure to be around.
