Top class hotel in New Delhi
Luxury hotel with top class service. Excellent location with vicinity to business centre. Very convenient rooms with high speed internet. Special thanks for delicious breakfast and classical style club. Gym, swimming pool, spa - all in disposal of guests just to make them feel great and enjoy the hospitality of hotel during a stay in the capital of India. The price is fair and hotel fits both for family or business visits. I recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again. Personal appreciation to the all team of Machan restaurant (Rita, Meghna, Anita)- very friendly people professionally tacking care of hotels guests!!

Comfortable Stay
It is my home away from home at Taj Mahal Hotel in New Delhi. Right from the booking by Nisha till my checkout was a wonderful experience and a comfortable stay. Nisha made sure she got me the best possible deal for my short stay in New Delhi. The front office manager Mr. Shahjahan made sure i get the room of my choice and was always welcoming and the front desk staff Shubham, Bhagat, Sheetal, Mansi, Tashi are very efficient in their work and makes everyone feel at home. The club lounge staff Laxmi, Ajay, Stuti and Shyamang made sure i got my gluten-free stuff whenever i visited the club lounge and made me feel at home by offering me things as per my choices. The F&B assistant director Shivin helped me choose my Easter hampers for gifting. Even the Emperor Lounge manager Mr. Tyagi took lot of efforts in making my gift hampers ready. My dinner at Varq was memorable and Mr. Rashminder guided me with the menu and helped me choose dishes according to my choice. Also Yogender, Anushka and Ritika were very good in their hospitality. The housekeeping was up to the mark as Ayush made sure to keep my room neat and clean. The airport representative Rahul was very helpful and kept everything ready for me to proceed towards check in. He really took a lot of efforts in coming to T1D. The bell desk staff Gajanan and Devendra was very prompt in their services. Driver Lakhpat made sure he guided the current driver Prem for my usual places i go to and Prem was also very helpful. The concierge team led by Ajith and Nitish are very helpful and prompt and being a solo lady traveller in Delhi i feel safe with their concierge services. A very big thank you to the hotel manager Mr. Vedagiri Rajaram for making my stay so very memorable. And not forgetting the area director Mr. Ahluwalia for leading a wonderful team at Taj Mahal Hotel New Delhi. It is because of the warm hospitality that makes me choose this property time and again for my trips to Delhi. Thank you and keep it up!

Great service but cramped bathroom and small hotel room size
Top notch hospitality. The only issue was the room size. You expect a bigger room and most definitely at-least a medium sized washroom while shelling out 25k. Everything else was great. Smooth check-in and check-out, the in-dining services were also wonderful.

Exceptional Hospitality in the Heart of Delhi
We stayed just one night at the Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi, and it was unforgettable. The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was luxurious and immaculate, and every detail was perfect. Breakfast was outstanding — a wide, delicious spread with impeccable service. Even in a short stay, the Taj’s charm, elegance, and world-class hospitality truly shone through. Highly recommended!
