Hyatt Regency Nice Palais De La Mediterranee

A great stay at the Palais de la Mediterranee. The hotel wasn't our choice as it was part of a pre-cruise. The hotel hit all of our marks and would be one we'd choose again on our own. We appreciated the "secure" access to the floors by using your room key. Our room had all we needed with the big plus that the toilet was separate from the tub/shower and sink area. There were enough towels etc. and our room had the included on- the -wall decent hair dryer as well as another one which was a really good one. The room was clean, housekeeping was good, beds comfy. The breakfast buffet was great. We didn't have dinner on site but the menu looked good. The lounge/bar at night was great; cocktails were creative, service was attentive as well. The location of the hotel was really good, right on the main road so you could walk across to the "beach" and get to the old town quickly. I would stay at this hotel again.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Hyatt in Nice. We entrusted our rental car to the hotel’s valet/parking staff with our suitcase securely placed in the boot. When the car was returned to us the next morning, the suitcase was gone. We immediately reported the issue to the hotel, but were shocked by their complete lack of accountability. Despite the fact that the car was in their care the entire time, the management denied all responsibility and offered no meaningful assistance. This level of service and disregard for guest property is absolutely unacceptable — especially from a hotel of this caliber. I would strongly caution others against trusting the valet services here.

Very nice hotel facing the Mediterranean and the lovely Nice promenade. Very good restaurants with good choice options and the staff is fantastic. Rooms are attractive and comparable to other Hyatt hotel rooms. We had a lovely view of the sea, and awoke to the sound of the delightful sound of waves reaching the shore.

This is a great hotel. Truly a 5 star experience. Rooms were nice size and in perfect shape. Hotel is in a great location. Everyone we dealt with: the front desk, the concierge, housekeeping --were all so friendly and helpful. No complaints at all. Would stay here again.

Amazing hotel with friendly professional staff that created a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Very convenient location near the shops markets and restaurants. We had food both in the Bar lovely tapas and the restaurant which was fabulous . Giud choice and variety of food at breakfast lovely coffee. Also used the pool which has both an indoor and outside section. Highly recommend this hotel .
