Reed from entertainment was very nice and went above and beyond
Reed from entertainment center was very good and needs raise. Food was really good so was the pool. Really close to ocean and Basilian steak house was very good. The entertainment team was very good but reed went above and beyond to make our experience very good

Excellent service at Frida Puerto Vallarta
Excellent service provided by Leydi Gaga and Noemi at the Frida restaurant in Puerto Vallarta Mx. They were both very professional and friendly, and the service was timely. We had many requests that were addressed in a timely manner. Great job.

My wife and I dined at Fridas. The food, drinks and service was great. Especially our waiter Alex. He was very attentive. Made sure we always had a drink. Gave great recommendations. If you dine here ask for Alex. He will make sure you have a wonderful dinner.

Awesome family vacation!
The best service ever! Hotel rooms were spotless and the food was amazing. Very very nice and helpful here. Great hospitality and overall just a super fun experience and atmosphere! Reed and Georgia made our stay even more memorable and entertaining!

Had an amazing time
Care with my family for 3 nights and had a great time. The food was great and the staff was even better. Fer, Catarino, Chino, and Obed were amazing, they made our time great! The shows were super fun too, I definitely recommend. Will definitely be back soon.
