Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta

By far one of the worst experience I've ever had at a Hard Rock. I've visited a lot of their locations, and this has to be 000000 as far as customer service and accommodations. The hot water in our room did not work for 3 days and they kept sending their facilities worker to try and fix them but never did. After multiple trips to the front counter and the manager visiting our room to ensure there was no hot water, as if we were lying, they finally moved us to a different room. A room with a view that did not even come close to the room we originally booked. They had us walk back up to get new keys instead of just bringining new keys with them when they moved us. When I brought that up to their attention, the two young people at their counter just simply agreed with us and gave us our keys, as to keep us quiet. Moral of the story, avoid this location, room 1050 by all means necessary!! @hardrock please feel free to contact me at munozj3@icloud.com

Alma at the towel stand was friendly, outgoing, and very helpful. Gregorio provided top-notch drink service to our palapa during our time lounging on the beach. Employees like these are worth their weight in gold. Thank you for the hospitality!

The service and the connection with the waiter was terrific and the food was good enough. The cleanest place in the hotel . Desserts were really good, not too sweet and the rolls were awesome. Decoration according to the country and the white wine was great. Such a great fancy place

Was with the Kicker trip, had an amazing time, your entertainment staff, Staff took care of us sun to down , pool party was stellar, and the pool staff was tentative all our needs. I wanted to call out specifically Kevin ( entertainment staff) he was absolutely amazing!

Dinner at Frida Restaurant at Hard Rock Vallarta was wonderfull thanks to our waiters Elias and Natalia. Salmon was cooked as rquested and excellent with a complimentary red sauce that completed this entre beautifully. Our waiter suggested Cara Jillo ( expresso and Licor 43) to finish our dining experience. It was wonderful.
