Breakfast at The Pala, Apurva Keminski
We were treated to an excellent breakfast service by Sujite and Sagila today. They were warm, friendly and extremely professional and were attentive to our every needs. I could not recommend them and all the staff any higher. Also, food was freshly cooked and super tasty.

Fabulous everything. The best food restaurants staff. Great spa gym pool all facilities superb; spectacular architecture, wonderful ambiance - really first class. Excellent attention to detail and service. Beautiful. Highly recommend. Loved the Cliff Suites.

Great hotel with amazing staff
Amazing hotel, great facilities and the best staff. Had a great stay at the hotel at the end of our Bali and Nusa Penida trip. Room was amazing, pool excellent, food & beverage great. Shout out to Arya & Fita from housekeeping - everything was perfect and nothing was too much trouble. Also to Denny in the restaurant, very professional took care of us at dinner and again at breakfast the next day. All in all a great experience that I’d certainly recommend - I suspect we will be back. Thanks to all of the other staff who made our stay so memorable.

Excellent hotel experience
The staff are very helpful, kind, friendly and professional. Services provided are over our expectations.Rooms are kept clean, tidy and well maintained. Loved our stay
I recently stayed at The Apurva Kempinski and had a truly wonderful experience. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and beautiful surroundings that made our stay unforgettable. A special thanks to Joshua, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our visit. Whether it was arranging meals or helping us find the best vegetarian options, he was always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. His support truly enhanced our overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return to The Apurva Kempinski in the future.
