The best hotel in bali
I was very impressed with the design of the building because it was very luxurious and very Indonesian. Beside of that, I was also very impressed with the service which was very helpful and informative. Especially Kaka Yudianti who took me around the hotel and explained all corners of the hotel well, besides that she was also very friendly and provided the best service. And I am very grateful to Irwan and Jennifer who have welcomed me very well in your hotel and gave me birthday wishes and complimentary. and also, for the food is very good and delicious. you have to prove it by yourself guys.

The hotel staff tries to fulfill all the requests of the guests. I really liked the pillow in my room, I wanted to buy it. The hotel manager Ratna, a very nice girl, tried to solve my request for a purchase. They found a new pillow for me in the hotel, I bought it and was happy! Thank you for the quality service and pleasant memories!

Luxury in Bali
Amazing property! The lobby wows you when you enter and the views are fantastic. The rooms are super spacious. The restaurants offer a wide variety of cuisines. I love the breakfast spread. The pools were huge and offered privacy. The beach view was also fantastic. Wish I had a longer stay!

Lost in the Wonderland !
Have no words to describe the beauty of this mind blowing architecture, interior, land scapping, locations of this hotel. Mesmerizing appearence and lots ohs, and aahs through out the whole areas of this wonderland. Me and my friend were there on 29-4-25 and 30-4-25. Enjoy every seconds we spend there and had feel everything magical. Huge rooms with vast bathrooms having a large bath tubs. Automatic toilet area works on switches only, you do not need to use your hand it works on finger tips. Big spread breakfast with mouth watering menu, here have some complaint that you should include more Indian items and improve a tast little. Had a life time regret that why should we book this only for a night, we should stay there though out our Bali Tour. Staff and representatives are very polite and helping in every thing. All and all exciting experience.
