Dear Gilbert and to all staff Thank you for enabling me to rest unwind and feel refreshed throughout my stay as I now prepare to make my way home. The service in all departments including the music added to a most enjoyable rested vacation. The general ambiance of the hotel was quintessentially English in my humble opinion and a real pleasure. I enjoyed the concept of high tea at 4pm with sandwiches and cake. The hotel is well maintained and all staff were friendly, courteous and wanting to help make my stay truly enjoyable. It felt like witnessing a family team at work all pulling together for the end goal ‘happy guests’. I truly loved playing the piano after breakfast where I was lost in my world of music. I had fun singing with the band and dancing with guest and staff to the song Dancing Queen by ABBA. This rejuvenated woman is ready for the hustle and bustle of city life in London.

Azeeza was a wonderful masseuse and Sheree was very welcoming. I had the cbd massage and facial service. I have had other services on previous trips and always enjoy my choices. The spa offers lovely products. Try the spa on your next visit to Jamaica Inn.

I have been coming to the Jamaica Inn for 25 years now and it is by far one of the most private, peaceful, and blissful beach resorts in the Caribbean! It is truly a one-of-a-kind magical place! The moment you arrive the gracious reception team are there to welcome you home. Thank you Devoy, Shirley, Kinsley, Marie, Nordia, JJ, Gaunt, Janice, and all the team! Out Guest Relations Queen Sherlene is always there to make sure every detail of our stay is at its best! Every year I cannot wait to see my beautiful Housekeeping Angel Cheryl who is the kindest, most beautiful human I've ever met!! She and all the Housekeeping team are true Angels that play such an important role in our holiday! Thank you Angels Cheryl, Jacqueline, Julia, Maria, Celia, and all the team!! The Beach Bar Team are world class and we all look forward to there late morning Planters Punch passage on the beach... always with a smile! Thank you Patrick, Williams, Sam, Ashalene and team!! The Bar and Wine Team are the best in Jamaica! Thank you Richard, Jason, Patrice, Palmer, Kemar (Stretch), Maurice, Pattinger, Seyon, Wabian, Derrick Quaid, and all the team for always taking such good care of me!!! The restaurant terrace is one of the most stunning settings in the world! Chef Maurice and his team cook up some fantastic meals! The restaurant team ROCKS and serve us with smiles whether it be breakfast on your verandah, or dinner under the stars! Thank you Maitre Ryan, Maitre Earl, Maitre Alvin, Garfield, Kanish, Beris, Maitre Robert, David, Joel, Sheldon, Patrice, Granville, Jerry, Oshane, Fabian, Lancelot, Rodney, Tenisha, George, Jerry, and all the team!! The yummy Beach Grill is such a special place to enjoy wonderful pizzas and comfort food right on the beach! The pizza cooked in fire oven is to die for!!! Love the Jerk Chicken pizza! Thank you Grey, Raymon, Rodney, George, Sheldon, & all the team!! The Spa is so beautiful-- perched above the beach... I am so grateful for my healing Angel Charlene who I so look forward to seeing every year! Thank you Angels Charlene, Marcia, Sharee, and all the spa team!! The gift shop is a very special place but not as special as Angel Brittney who works there! I needed scissors which I forgot at home and as they do not carry them she offered to pick some up for me on her lunch break. So sweet!!! Thank you Brittney!!! And last but not least The BEACH GODS who make sure our beach, chairs, towels, SUPs, catamaran, snorkel gear, etc... are all there ready for us to relax and enjoy! These boys run the best beach in Jamaica!!! Thank you Oven, Marvin, Christopher, Winston, Xavier, Desmond, and all the team!! You Rock!! Last but not least our Reservation Angels Tanya, Kerry, & Donna will make sure you have the right room and are so helpful when making a booking. Thank you Ladies! Blissful experience! The all-body massage was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The therapist's skilled hands worked out all the knots, leaving me feeling calm, refreshed, and totally pampered. Highly recommend! The receptionist was super friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary drinks were a lovely touch. The whole atmosphere was serene and welcoming. I recently returned from a one-week stay at Jamaica Inn. I’ve stayed at dozens of all-inclusive resorts over the years, but this was my first time at a luxury boutique property, and it exceeded every expectation. I describe this hotel to friends as “next level.” From the moment you arrive, it feels like you’ve entered paradise. The service is outstanding, the rooms are comfortable, the grounds are immaculate, and the food is consistently excellent. The beach is private, quiet, and beautiful, with well-spaced, comfortable lounge chairs that were never fully occupied. We loved having lunch on the beach and dinner under the stars. It was a peaceful and relaxing experience, and I quickly understood why there’s such a loyal following of guests who return year after year. I’m already planning my return!
