Modern and Chic stay
Stayed at the W Osaka with family - and also celebrated our anniversary there and the it wA fantastic. The hotel suite was beautiful and had the most spectacular view of the city. It’s located very close to the city centre so Shona’s aashi was walking distance and we had a rollicking time shopping till we drop. Breakfast was fantastic - was not a large spread but had all the meats, vegetables and the desserts for a balance meal. The smoked salmon was especially nice. There are also a lot of great restaurants in the vicinity and my son enjoyed some great A5 Wagyu. It was a remarkable trip. One of the things I loved was the mouthwash - it had a unique smooth and soft blend and smell unlike most other mouth washes which are super strong. I would highly recommend this hotel for a spectacular stay in Osaka.

Best experience in Osaka
I had the absolute pleasure of dining at this restaurant during my trip to Japan, and it was genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Naoki and Kyoka were incredibly kind and welcoming, and their warmth made the entire experience unforgettable. The service was flawless—attentive, genuine, and full of care. And the food? Absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor, clearly made with love and attention to detail. This wasn’t just a meal—it was a memory. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll feel truly cared for while enjoying exceptional food, this is it. Thank you, Naoki and Kyoka, for making my visit so special.

Amazing as always!
As always, the stay at W was amazing. I have stayed at many W hotels now, this might be our favourite. The hotel is lovely, staff were great, especially Nikita who was a superstar from start the finish. The room was great and location is perfect. See you again soon 👌🏽🙏🏼

Lovely place e for drinks and nibbles looking out over Osaka
We visited the lounge bar at the top of the building for cocktails and nibbles. Lovely staff and service was excellent. It was pricey but worth it! Would love to stay at hotel too as it looked lovely. Highly recommend for its central location in Osaka.

Amazing, delicious, Incredible service
Kenji Haneda and Junpei Iwasaki were absolutely amazing!! They catered to our every need and even provided us with assistance when we did not what we needed. They food was delicious. We came for our Honeymoon on the rec of Mauricio! Amazing!
