Bravo à W, excellent hôtel avec un personnel efficace et disponible et en particulier encore merci à Alexandre O (de Monaco). qui a répondu à nos demandes et attentes. Une chambre en angle au 26ème étage avec une vue splendide sur la ville, un emplacement idéal sur une avenue principale ù l'on trouve toutes les boutiques de luxe. Une piscine intérieure très agréable, une décoration dans tout l'hôtel très recherchée. Enfin un très bon restaurant " OH LALA" avec des plats français et internationaux.

Kenji Haneda and Junpei Iwasaki were absolutely amazing!! They catered to our every need and even provided us with assistance when we did not what we needed. They food was delicious. We came for our Honeymoon on the rec of Mauricio! Amazing!

The perfect way to wind down - staying at W Osaka, a hotel designed by Pritzker-Prize-winner Tadao Ando. I’d like to say that a drink I grabbed at the bar is pretty tasty and an exquisite service by my countryman Pat who has a considerable expertise in drinks and very obliging.

Wonderful Vacation at W Osaka
My frd and I stayed here for 3 nights. Our pre-arrival interactions were very positive, with prompt responses for organising a pick-up and drop off to and from the airport. Prompt friendly check-in. Expansive, modern, decorated rooms with great city views. Room design and layout had been very carefully considered Breakfast had the most choice of any hotel I have ever stayed in, excellent. I noticed that the hotel manager was very active, interacting with guests, checking up on operations. The Ohlala manager Miyali, she is quite nice and active. She introduced us the design story of hotel and each venue. And recommended us to try the restaurant MYDO which is a great restaurant. Very happy to met her. In summary, a wonderful hotel with attentive, friendly, staff. There is no question that when in Osaka, this is the place to stay. 和朋友在W Osaka住了三晚，酒店恨有设计感，员工也都主动热情，服务很棒。 影响最深的是Ohlala餐厅经理Miyali，她主动迎接我们，并且提供很周到的服务，给我们介绍了酒店和每个venue的设计细节，还推荐我们去试一下一楼的餐厅MYDO，真的很棒的推荐。 W Osaka绝对是大阪的首选酒店。
Mydo and W Osaka - Bravo!
Our family had a teppanyaki dinner at Mydo at the W Osaka. Chef Haneda was very friendly and fun and made the entire dinner experience enjoyable and not to mention the delicious and beautifully presented meal we had! Our waiter, Kazuto, was equally friendly and fun and made the entire experience very enjoyable. They were extremely flexible and accommodated allergies and dietary restrictions well. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice teppanyaki experience in Osaka. Would also highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful properly and wonderful, friendly and helpful staff!
