The Reef House

We had a fantastic stay at The Reef House Palm Cove! The location is unbeatable – right on the beachfront with stunning views and easy access to the Palm Cove strip. We loved the variety of activities on offer; yoga sessions and cocktail classes, which made every day special. The staff were the true highlight – warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, they went out of their way to make us feel at home. This gem is perfect for a laid-back getaway.

The Reef House is a wonderful location, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, the restaurant staff and food is excellent. But the rooms are very tired especially the bathrooms, will pick our room more carefully next time.

Wonderful hotel with friendly and efficient staff. The hotel is just meters from the beach at Palm Cove with fabulous views for meal times, especially breakfast at sunrise. The rooms offer a beachy vibe and are clean, many with their own kitchenette. There are lots of inclusions including drinks and canapes for sundowners.

Great quaint property with excellent customer service from the front desk staff to the wait staff at the restaurant. The property is well kept and offers a quiet retreat in a comfortable setting. They also provided educational opportunities about the Great Barrier reef which was awesome.

An amazing experience from prior to arrival. The wonderful warm pre-arrival contact from Cedric was very welcoming and dour our mind at ease for our anniversary celebrations. Beautiful room upgrade on arrival due to the special occasion. Do yourself a favour and join the cocktail making and wine appreciation classes, it’s a great way to interact with other guests and the staff. Evening punch by the pool was also a great way to relax and meet some new friends from around the globe. So many return clientele were at the hotel and after a great weekend you can see why. We are now part of the family and hope to return each anniversary.
