Really good attention, the seats are very comfortable and the Eclair was delicious! The coffee came with some cookies that were good too, the workers are very polite and have good vibes, they will for sure made you feel seen and cared about! (;

It was now my 4th stay at this beautiful and elegant property. It feels always like coming home. Five stars doesn't even seem like enough to describe how well I was taken care of. Their service is top notch – attentive, genuinely warm and always with a smile. There main restaurant Caleta, just delicious. Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. It was a culinary journey that I didn't want to end. Seriously, if you're staying here (or even if you're not!), make sure you experience the incredible food at Caleta. We also had some tasty cocktails at their rooftop bar which has an awesome view and vibe. Don not miss out on a bubble bath prepared by the butlers (Mr. Orlando). It is just relaxing after coming back from walking around Old Town. I always look forward to come back to this outstanding property. Highly recommended

The hotel is full of history, which made my stay feel like a fully immersive experience into Panama's past. All the amenities were wonderful, but the spa was a standout for me; so relaxing. The food at Caleta is always top tier, and the staff are super friendly and attentive. I highly recommend checking out the rooftop, where I had amazing food with live music. Definitely worth every penny!

The restaurant Caleta was wonderful. The ambient was beautiful. I remember when this was an abandoned shell. What a superb refurbishment. Great food and wonderful service! We had lamb, yucca gnocci and the seafood guacho. Mizael was spectacular!

The Sofitel was part of the Panama itinerary, since it had a history; initially, the building served as the Club Unión, a social club for Panama's elite, which opened in 1908. The club hosted prominent figures like Queen Elizabeth II, Helen Keller, and Albert Einstein. It was converted into a hotel only a couple of years ago. They did a fantastic job of making the place feel like something out of the 1930s, but provided all the amenities and services you'd expect from a modern hotel. Even the bathtub and shower plumbing looked like it had been transported from 100 years ago. We also had a little balcony with fantastic city views, where we could watch the sunrise. Hotel restaurant was superb ... great food, great presentation.
