exceptional service and perfect stay
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect—from the room to the amenities—but what truly made the experience exceptional was the service. A special thank you to Jihad, who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were unmatched. Loved this hotel! Room was very large for Europe. Great location, accommodating staff and amazing croissants!! You can walk to almost every single area of Paris if you wanted. Right off the Champs de Elysee but very quiet. Modern decor and vibe for Paris!

The staff are exceptional — warm, attentive, and incredibly efficient, making every interaction a pleasure. The rooms are a dream: beautifully decorated, remarkably comfortable, and offering some of the most breathtaking views in the city. It’s rare to find a hotel that feels this serene while being just steps from the heart of the Champs-Élysées. Everything about Hôtel Balzac is designed with care — from the chic interiors to the peaceful ambiance — creating a true sense of home in one of the world’s most beautiful cities. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Home away from home, and in style!
Great property: cozy, silent and peaceful, and at the same time just 1 block from Champs Elysees. The room deliveries all the amenities you might need, modern bathroom and beautiful views, depending on the room you choose. The highlights: Courteous and very friendly service, both at the restaurant and the front desk, and an amazing experience at the Spa!
