Maybe based on location
Beautiful hotel and great location, but issues with service and temperature. Charged us €36 each for a mediocre at best breakfast buffet, despite signs on every table saying the buffet is included in the price of the room. Spent about 30 minutes getting the charge for three days taken off our bill. Also, air conditioning seems to be limited, as our room was hot even though it was on 60 degrees outside.

Good comfortable hotel in a great location
We have a lovely long weekend stay. The hotel was clean and well appointed. Our junior suite was large, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom modern and well appointed. The room wasn’t made up for all four of us on arrival but soon remedied by staff. The swimming pool was very welcome and our children enjoyed spending time in there during the afternoons. There are a number of loungers for parents to relax on. We were the only ones using the pool every day. It’s a great location, close to the Arc de Triomphe and several good cafes.

Nice and confortable place to visit Paris.
Hotel very well located to visit Paris. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a Premium room and it is very spacious and comfortable with nice decoration. Spa and swimming pool is very nice and hotel itself is very clean. Breakfast is good and sufficient. Only negative point for us is lack of Christmas decoration but we were told it was coming.

Majestic Stay
The room and service excellent. Friendly staff. Comfort and attention to detail also excellent. Food and service great. One sad situation came from across the street where construction went on night after night from midnight until 4AM making sleeping difficult. Otherwise the stay was nearly perfect and I'm sure that was an isolated event.
