Prince de Galles, legendary jewel of the Parisian Art Deco movement, is a 5-star hotel in the Luxury Collection. Since its inception in 1928, the Prince de Galles has stood out as a beacon of sophistication and grace in Paris. The hotel is located on Avenue George V, a 5-minute walk from the Champs Elysées and Avenue Montaigne, as well as some of the most celebrated landmarks including the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower.

Total luxury!!! Loved our stay here as they are totally committed to excellent service and attention to detail. VERY comfortable beds and pillows which is important to me. Good selection of breakfast items to start your day. Highly recommend this hotel on the Right bank.

Lovely stay at the Prince de Galles. They guaranteed two connecting rooms in advance and they delivered! (Which is always a miracle when travelling with kids). We arrived at 8:30 AM and I had no expectation that our room would be ready. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the first room was ready at 11 AM. I had read previous reviews about the rooms being warm. The room definitely ran warm. Couldn’t get it below 19 degrees. Luckily it was April so that wasn’t too bad. It might feel different be in the heat of summer. Free breakfast with Marriott status was delicious. But I didn’t have it every day since I was in Paris and prefer to explore patisseries and Boulangeries. The hotel’s Japanese restaurant was fantastic. A better choice than their French restaurant (1920) Hotel location was good for Eiffel Tower and Champs Elysee. A little further from the Louvre and Le Marais. Close to a metro stop so it makes it easy to get around Paris. The hotel is beautiful. I loved the Art Deco design. I would definitely stay again! Thank you to all the wonderful staff at the Prince De Galles. Can’t wait to return,

Prince De Galles is located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. We were here for a girls weekend and were upgraded to a Mosaic Suite with twin beds. The furniture was plush and the rooms were clean and well- stocked with anything one might need. The hotel has stunning Art Deco architecture and opulent interiors. It is the perfect blend of classic elegance with modern sophistication. The staff were kind helpful and friendly. No one seemed to mind our poor French, and all seemed to truly happy to have guests at the hotel. There is a great gym in the basement, and a lovely outside courtyard where we were able to enjoy cocktails after returning from dinner. The best thing about this hotel is the location. This is a location that cannot be beat if you want to explore Paris for the weekend. It’s situated within walking distance to the Arc de Trimphe, the Eiffel Tower (about a mile walk, just over the Seine) and more luxury boutiques than one can count. It’s about 35 minutes to the airport, 40 to Versailles and 10-30 minutes to various museums depending on traffic.

Lovely hotel & best possible location . Staff was excellent and room was beautiful. Art deco vibe and personal feel. Cannot do better for location to shops / restaurants and sites. Only complaint was with bed / pillows which weren’t so good . Otherwise no complaints

This hotel is not only beautiful but provided the gold standard for customer service. My first interaction was with Benoit, a member of the guest relations team. I was celebrating a milestone birthday and was pleasantly surprised to receive a personal handwritten note and several treats in my room to acknowledge it! He also suggested a wonderful bistro and bakery for authentic croissant and chausson de pommes (apple turnovers). Honestly, any time we passed thru the lobby, the entire staff was warm and welcoming. The amenities in the room were wonderful--from the toiletries to the robes, slippers and bedding. After spending the days sightseeing, we truly felt pampered when we came back and reinvigorated each morning when we headed out. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris!
