Pan Pacific Perth

We took up the Birthday stay offer. Excellent service and everyone were so friendly looked like they really enjoyed working there. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a good view of the swan river. Breakfast was at the UMA Restaurant and was a buffet breakfast. Staff was friendly and the selection was excellent.

Really great location, very comfortable rooms & friendly staff. My only issue with the hotel is noise. Room doors slam shut and shake the next room walls. Two nights of disturbed sleep because of this. Please add soft door closing mechanism. And remind your housekeeping staff to be conscious of the noise they make in the corridor

Stayed here twice during our holiday. We had river view rooms and these were newly renovated. Rooms were lovely with everything you need although wardrobe would be a bit small if you are staying for more than a few days. Bed was really comfortable. Bathroom was lovely. Jo Loves toiletries were fab. Rooms were spotless and all staff were great. Location is good although a bit of a walk to the centre but we didn’t mind this. Would recommend for a short break.

Our experience at this hotel was characterised by impeccable service and exquisite attention to detail. Staff were authentically friendly and seemed to genuinely love their jobs. From reception to concierge and the housekeeping staff to the kind maintenance team who rescued my belongings from the safe after I forgot my PIN, interactions were warm and focused on ensuring our needs were met. Special thanks to Ivo for looking after us so beautifully in the bar: he embodies everything we loved about this place!

I travel to Perth relatively often on business and stayed in quite a few of the city hotels. Recently, my employer switched its corporate contract to the Pan Pacific and I could not be happier, it definitely is better than hotels I have previously used (Adnate, Duxton, QT, Mercure). Whilst an older building the rooms have all been fully refurbished and are plush and larger than others and I appreciate the large sofa and table for working on or eating on and the tech installed (eg USB A and C ports each side of the bed) and the pod coffee machine. Breakfast is absolutely fantastic compared to the other mentioned hotels I have stayed at in Perth and the buffet price includes barista made coffees, eggs made to order, smoked salmon, cold pressed juices etc. It also warmed my heart that they have employed a staff member who may otherwise have encountered discrimination in finding employment due to Downs Syndrome and her smile every morning at breakfast put a smile on your face own face :-) Also (the reason I prefer here over the QT) there is an outdoor area with a pool which is a huge bonus in Perth with warm weather and lots of sunshine. There is also a large and very well equipped gym (again the best of the hotels I have stayed in here) for keeping fit. The highlight though is the staff, they are all fantastic whether it be reception, the breakfast restaurant or housekeeping. Definitely my go - to for Perth hotels.
