Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix

Man AD was welcoming and accommodating. 10/10 this is your man. He gone treat you right. Helped me with my bike and where to find some fun. Brother from another mother right here. Funnest vacation Ive been on in a long time thanks to this man right jere.

Hotel was beautiful and clean. The service was great from the front desk to the rooftop pool. Great location. Great price. I ordered room service a ton from the hotel restaurant. It came so quickly and the food was excellent. My first time in phoenix. Made for a great experience. I'll be coming back.

We’re visiting from Boston and have had a wonderful four-night stay at the Kimpton Palomar in Phoenix. From the moment we checked in, the service has been outstanding. Angelica and Ricardo at the front desk were especially warm and helpful—Angelica gave us a genuinely welcoming start to our stay, and Ricardo provided fantastic recommendations for things to do in the area. Throughout our visit, the front desk team has been proactive, checking in by text to see how our day is going and if we need anything. We’ve run into Ricardo a couple of times since check-in, and he’s always been friendly, funny, and full of great local advice—like having a personal guide in the lobby. Our room is well appointed, clean, and very comfortable, and the hotel’s location couldn’t be better—steps away from everything in downtown Phoenix. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Rico was amazing! He was very welcoming and accommodating. I’m glad he was there to greet us and help us out! Definitely would stay here again. If you do stay here I highly recommend! The atmosphere was great! Excellent weather. Really good area and a lot of stuff to do
