Augustine & Vanessa's Butler Service at The Fairmont Mayakoba
I recently returned from my vacation at the Fairmont Mayakoba and loved every minute of it. One of the best things at the resort was our butler service. We were very lucky to have Vanessa and Augustine take care of us during our stay. They went out of their way to make everything perfect. They helped arrange all of our plans and made us feel really taken care of on our trip. Their wonderfully pleasant personalities and their attention to our needs made our trip amazing. I would love to come back and have them take of us again. They both answered all of our questions promptly. I can't say enough great things about the both of them. Thank you Fairmont for recognizing their talent and hiring them to work at your resort.

Perfect Family Escape at Fairmont Mayakoba
We had an outstanding stay at Fairmont Mayakoba. Fabian (concierge) and Fernanda (host) provided exceptional service and made us feel truly welcome. The entire resort is beautifully maintained, with excellent food, entertainment, kids’ activities, and top-tier facilities. Mayakoba is perfectly organized for families, and we will definitely return.

I had never been to Mexico before so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. The fairmont is hands down the shining star of the Cancun /Playa del Carmen region. They take care of EVERYTHING. Miguel and Rodrigo took amazing care of us. The service here exceeded all expectations across the board. Every single staff member was outstanding.

We had an amazing 4-night stay at the Fairmont Mayakoba! Due to availability we had to pay for an upgrade to a casita and we were glad that we did, it was lovely and in a great location. Bottled water was plentiful and always available in the room. We enjoyed every meal we had and the breakfast buffet had every option available and was top quality! The resort staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The beach was beautiful and the beach side service was very good. They even came by and offered cucumber slices with a cool towel to rest your eyes, mango popsicle refreshments, both free and a very nice touch! We did not mind the golf cart service to the beach, which was a good distance from the rooms. They were easily found and it was a very pleasant ride as the resort property is a tropical jungle gem. The other highlight (not to be missed) is the on-property mangrove boat tour, again at no charge! Be sure to make a reservation for one of the morning tours, best animal viewing at that time. A great experience at the Fairmont Mayakoba!
