Amazing!
My stay was absolutely amazing! From the pick up at the Airport to my departure it was amazing. The spa staff was so nice and very very attentive. The hotel is a one of a kind beautiful place. All the amenities were spot on including the parks. I will definitely be returning in the near future because my 4 day stay was not enough to see this huge property.

Always amazing, real authentic Mexican food, music and culture.
We love coming to Xcaret Mexico and Arte. The hotel is beautiful, the food is 5 Star, the service 5 Star, the parks 5 Star. Jorge our pool concierge is always happy and giving his very detailed service to all of his guests. We come often and he always makes our stay even better.

A dream place!
It was my second time going in two years and I loved every single second of it. This is truly paradise. Amazing workers, food, scenes, activities, and vibes. Would love the privilege of returning one day, whether with the company or personal. Thank you for the amazing memories. Shout out to Javier by the main pool area in the Arte side, he was amazing and provided incredible service to us every single moment.

너무 행복했습니다.. 마지막날 갑자기 단수가 돼서 당황했는데 생각보다 자주 있는 일이더라구요.. 덕분에 여유의 미덕을 배웠습니다..! 바다도 너무 예뻤고 음식도 술도 저한테는 다 너무너무 맛있었습니다! 직원들도 너무 친절하고 침대도 잠 잘 오고 액티비티랑 여기 저기 사진 찍을수 있는 시스템도 잘 돼 있고.. 올인클루시브 최고ㅠㅠ 진짜 돈이랑 시간만 많으면 매 달 오고싶습니다.. 여러분 아르떼 오세요.. 두 번 오세요..ㅠ Additionally, Santiago and his team at the rooftop of Casa de la Música, along with Alberto from the Jubalí team on the cenote tour, were incredibly kind and truly wonderful people.
