You need to experience it at least once!
This resort is amazing! The facilities are always top notch and the service is great. Santago took fantastic care of us at the rooftop pool and made our stay even more special. You need to experience this place at least once! All the parks are amazing as well. 100% recommend Xplor Fuego!!!

Santiago and Claudia at the rooftop pool went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring—making us feel like royalty from the moment we arrived. To top it all off, they surprised me with a birthday cake right at the pool, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. It truly made my day! My family and I will always remember the exceptional service and warmth they showed us. Thank you for making our stay so special!

Hotel always clean, I got the room with private pool which I highly recommend to ask for, service is great everyday my room was super clean, you have all the amenities, sun blocker, like everything just bring your clothes

Gran atención de Sheryl y Santiago. Terraza excelente. El lugar es precioso y las bebidas deliciosas. Muy recomendable para visitar en pareja y amigos. Música de primera, comida, diversión y deportes. Las habitaciones únicas en la zona.
