Best Vacation Ever...
The place is AWESOME, the food FENOMENAL and the service EXPECTACULAR!!! Everybody there makes us feel SPECIAL. The hotel is gorgeous and the food delicious. Xcaret was my favorite. At the end of the day they have a show that last 2 hours that it's better than Cirque Du Soleil. (it was to me). I can't hardly wait to go back again!

Our Infinity Pool experience can not be beat
My experience at the infinity pool at Xcaret Arte was wonderful! The pool and bar staff make this pool superior to all other pools at this resort. Jorge Fernandez, the pool concierge, saw to it that we had pool-side chairs and the best drink waiters each day. He even does mini facials pool-side! I look for Jorge every time I visit this property because he makes us feel special...like friends.

Poolside service 100/10
This resort was amazing. The poolside service was our favorite part. Jorge Fernandez was so kind, helpful, personable, and made sure our 3 days by the pool were nothing but perfection. His service really made our trip memorable and we are looking forward to coming back soon!
