My best time in Mexico
The hotel is amazing!!! Wouldn’t change a thing/ the staff are incredible they took such great care of my business partners. I will definitely recommend Excaret to everyone !! Jorge Fernandez was such a joy to be around we loved him and everyone else !! Thank you!!! ❤️ we stayed here here 2 years ago and loved it also .

An incredible hotel
This is my second time here and it is just as fabulous as the first time if not better the staff and everyone go above and beyond everything is a fabulous experience you will not regret it. This is the most incredible place I’ve ever stayed at. When you’re at the main pool for you, Fernandez will help you with anything you need. The staff just goes above and beyond.

Good all-inclusive resort.
Room service was spectacular. Came in, cleaned, organized, and restocked. Never ordered food, but heard it was also good. The resort was well kept, and the workers were very helpful even through the language barrier. Jorge helped me out at the main pool - he was timely with our orders and very hospitable. My only con was that a few times I asked for an off-the-menu drink at some different restaurants and was given a very solid “no” (I specifically remember this at Tah Xido). Other than that this resort is great. I also want to shout out the bartender at Encanta. Very knowledgeable, fun to talk to, and provided an awesome experience (I wish I remembered his name).

Amazing!
My stay was absolutely amazing! From the pick up at the Airport to my departure it was amazing. The spa staff was so nice and very very attentive. The hotel is a one of a kind beautiful place. All the amenities were spot on including the parks. I will definitely be returning in the near future because my 4 day stay was not enough to see this huge property.

Always amazing, real authentic Mexican food, music and culture.
We love coming to Xcaret Mexico and Arte. The hotel is beautiful, the food is 5 Star, the service 5 Star, the parks 5 Star. Jorge our pool concierge is always happy and giving his very detailed service to all of his guests. We come often and he always makes our stay even better.
