Stayed at the beach building of the hotel. Very nice location and amazing views from the room. The staff was very friendly and warm and the food was amazing as well. Would definitely recommend it. The Ocean front Suites have a lovely balcony and nice view if the pool as well as the Ocean.

Perfect place and So Great Service! Every one is at all times pending of your services and of your needs! Normally the Saturdays also you can go to dance with great music and great anfitrions. Nice rooftop, witj a great viw and swimminpool. lovley bachata y salsa place Great swimming pool! Good djs love it! Nice people in the city center near everything. Near thr 5th ave. Unos de mis lugates favoritos. Bar good drinks. Also good un sundays poolpartys.

Just came back from Hyatt Centric downtown house with my husband and 7 year old son. I was a little hesitant to book this place due to some of the mixed reviews but we loved it! I was not certain if it was adults only or not but it is family friendly - I think maybe it had been adults only in the past. You really are in the heart of Playa and close to everything. We absolutely loved the vibes of the rooftop pool and the beach views. There were DJs all day every day and the music was amazing if you like house/dance/electronic etc. And the pool had shallow areas which is perfect for kids. However if you are looking for quiet relaxation, this is probably not the place for you and you might enjoy Beach House better. The music here is loud all day every day and there are parties at night. Plus the hotel is right above nightclubs on 5th and they play loud bumping music until 3-4am. It didn't bother us terribly and we were able to sleep. But if you are a light sleeper you might not prefer it. The room itself was a nice size and well appointed, no complaints there. This place would probably not be everyone's cup of tea but if you are a young couple or family and/or want a lively atmosphere with Ibiza party vibes then you will love it. We had a great time and would definitely come back. P.S. If you have never been to Playa just a heads up the beach there is just so-so. If you want pristine white sand beach, take the ferry to Cozumel. Its a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
