HEAVEN! Everything… top notch gourmet food in all inclusive is just above and beyond! Service is fantastic… drinks, Art-themed design, the grounds, the pool, amenities, the gym, the beach, fun activities, morning stretching and Pilates from sky lounge roof top … the view will take your breath away!

This was by far the most beautiful resort I’ve been to in Mexico. From the smell to the lush foliage to the wood accents, everything about this place was aesthetically pleasing. More than aesthetics, though, the service was exceptional. Everyone you walked by greeted you with such kindness and everyone wanted to help you. We booked an Inspira suite which came with butler service. Our butler, Jorge, made our trip even better. He made all our dinner reservations, even booking us a back up reservation on a night we wanted to wing it. He arranged hydrotherapy, turn down service and luggage pick up. He checked in each morning and night and several times throughout the day, always coming to find us wherever we were to say hi. We enjoyed chatting with Jorge and already booked a trip for next year back to Atelier, and made sure we could request Jorge specifically. Do not hesitate to book this trip if you’re thinking about it. It’s the most relaxed I’ve been in years!

The best hotel in Cancun. Well worth the price if you are looking for a clean, nice place to relax. Great gym and other amenities. The staff went above and beyond. The food was amazing. Mercado 19 and Cala de Luna had delicious meals available all day. Def coming back and bringing friends.

This is an amazing resort. We have been to other all inclusive, and there is no comparison. Seriously. It is a luxury resort that is top-notch with drinks food and service. We felt like royalty there. Marcos Antonio was our favorite server during the day. I sat in the same area at Atelier pool for him. He was very attentive and offering food and drinks at all the right time. Super nice and we became friend with him. Guadalupe at the spa was amazing. Best massage ever. I will be back to see her! Luis and Oswaldo were our butlers. Over the top service. All we had to do was text our every desire and they were on it. Requested a box fan and Gatorade. They went off site and got them same day. We love them and we will be back!

Back of the House Tour with Alex One of the highlights of our stay was the Back of the House Tour with Alex. He was incredibly personable and engaging, making the experience not just informative, but truly memorable. Alex shared behind-the-scenes insights with such enthusiasm and knowledge that we felt like we were getting a glimpse into the heart of the hotel. His passion for the resort and its operations was contagious, and it gave us an even greater appreciation for the seamless luxury we experienced each day. Cilento Our dining adventure began at Cilento, where we savored the most exquisite lobster pasta crafted by Chef Israel. Our waiter Freddy was attentive, ensuring each dish was served perfectly and with a smile that made us feel right at home. Cliento At Cliento, we were treated to a customized meal by Chef Ramiro that ended with an unforgettable dessert. He personally came out to meet us, and his passion for his craft was evident in every bite. Lezlie, the hostess, welcomed us warmly, setting the tone for a perfect evening. Our waiters, David and Luis, were incredibly attentive, making sure we never wanted for anything. Kopai Dining at Kopai was a revelation. Jose Luis was our waiter, and his service was nothing short of impeccable. Chefs Jorge and Marco went above and beyond by creating a special appetizer for us, sent over from Takeshi—a delightful surprise that showcased their culinary expertise. Armando ensured our table was perfectly attended to, making it a seamless experience. Consentida We found ourselves returning to Consentida every single morning. The sopes were delicious, and the homemade waffles, crepes, and omelets were prepared to perfection—just the way we liked them. Special thanks to Alfonzo, whose sweetness and attentiveness made our mornings feel special. Yarely prepared the best sopes, while Antonio worked wonders at the crepe and waffle station. Ricardo brought humor and personal attention to our table every time. Calla de Luna We were blown away by the new lunch menu at Calla de Luna. The pork chop and shrimp were divine, and the salad bar was hands-down the best we have ever experienced. Suspiro We were warmly welcomed at Suspiro by Sonnya, whose friendliness made us feel right at home. Even though Victor wasn’t our assigned waiter, he came over to greet us and make sure we were enjoying our meal—such a thoughtful touch. Chef Luis prepared everything to perfection, and Jose, our waiter, was attentive and kind. The Cantina If you’re a fan of mojitos, look no further than The Cantina. Daniel makes the absolute best mojitos—so refreshing and perfectly balanced. Calle For cocktails, the bar team at Calle are truly artists. Irvin, Alberto, Maximiliano, and Roman each crafted unique cocktails that were as beautiful as they were delicious. Takeshi Our dinner at Takeshi was an experience to remember. Jorge, our waiter, was incredibly attentive, and Chef Yaner prepared a tuna tostada that left us speechless—an absolute must-try! Abrazos At Abrazos, Javier, our waiter, and Daniel, the lead waiter, surprised us with a flambé dessert that wasn’t even on the menu—prepared just for us. The personal touch was something we truly appreciated. Pastry Chef Cecilia We cannot end this review without mentioning Pastry Chef Cecilia. Her creations were the perfect sweet touch to every meal—beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Our time at Atelier Playa Mujeres was simply unmatched. From the lavish accommodations to the world-class food and exceptional service, every moment was curated to perfection. Oswaldo and Luis truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, and every staff member we encountered was a testament to the resort’s commitment to excellence. We can’t wait to return to this slice of paradise where food is an art, service is heartfelt, and luxury is a way of life.
