Alicia made both check-in and check-out a delight - she was warm, funny, and set the perfect tone for the rest of our stay. Alexis, our butler, went above and beyond every day. He took care of all our needs, coordinated dining experiences, and made our honeymoon extra special with thoughtful touches like a romantic bath, champagne, and chocolates. The service from both of them truly elevated our stay.

This resort was a major hit with my family and friends for a group birthday. With the help of Mariana, the event staff put together a beautiful dinner and mixology tasting event for all of us. I know family and friends plan to revisit this resort again in the future (and already have!). The rooms were beautiful, restaurants excellent, and facilities were top notch. Highly recommend for any group or private trip and event planning.

Words cannot express the customer service you receive at this beautiful resort. Our butlers, Aline and Victor, made sure every single detail was perfection. We spent our honeymoon and recently our first anniversary there and plan on returning. We enjoyed a swim-out room with a beautiful view of the ocean. The food was excellent as always, drinks were phenomenal. We ate at Maria Delores and Holy Cow. I definitely see the difference between a non-Michelin versus a Michelin restaurant. The death of flavor was out of this world. We celebrated a perfect romantic dinner on the beach. I would not do one thing different!

My partner and I stayed at Atelier Playa Mujeres for five nights in mid-March 2025. It was our first time staying at an all-inclusive resort, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. Truly: every single part of the experience was superb and we had the best time! We were particularly impressed by the food, including that every restaurant on site had vegetarian (and often vegan) options on offer -- including at the steakhouse. The quality and variety of food was genuinely phenomenal; the dinner we had at Takeshi was one of the best I've ever had in my life. The overall resort environment was fantastic and the vibes were immaculate. Traveling as a same-sex couple, we felt very comfortable and had no issues whatsoever. (Not that we were expecting any problems; I just want my fellow members of the queer community who are considering visiting Atelier to know that our experience was unequivocally positive.) The most outstanding aspect of the experience, though, was the staff. Every single member of their crew was absolutely delightful and deeply serious about providing the best service possible. The sincere hospitality and attention to detail from the entire crew at Atelier is what set the experience apart. Special props to Julio (who served as our beach-side waiter over several days) and Jorge (evening bartender at El Detalle) - they both went above and beyond to give us the best experience possible. I can't say enough good things about Atelier Playa Mujeres, and we definitely hope to return in the future!!

Rodolfo was very accommodating. He checked in on us every morning and made sure we were all set with dinner reservations every night. The service and food here is amazing! This was our second time here and we will definitely be back next year!
