We often recommend this resort to our clients because we have had overwhelmingly positive reviews. The facilities are first-class, the food is terrific, and the service is excellent. I recently had a group visit the resort, and Ivanna, the concierge, was fantastic to deal with. She arranged gift baskets and dinner reservations for the group and offered extraordinary service. Thank you, Ivanna!

My husband and I did a bit of research before booking at Atelier for a 12 night vacation. We had friends that live far from us come for the first 5 nights and then had a week to ourselves. When reading reviews I had wondered why so many of the resort staff are mentioned by name and what the incentives for that might be. They certainly do go above and beyond for their guests and strong bonds are built. We were politely encouraged to share our experience upon departure. We booked a non-inspira king suite, thinking we weren’t too concerned with the perks of inspira. Upon arrival and walking into the lobby, my husband commented that he felt his shoulders relax. I was surprised that Miguel convinced my husband to join for their elite club breakfast pitch while we were checking in as he’s leery of timeshare like situations. They do offer some nice perks for the time. We scheduled this for after our friends departed. I wasn’t feeling great after our travels, so I scheduled hydrotherapy and an 80 minute NUUP Connection massage. 10/10 recommend. I felt brand new after that experience. I can’t remember my masseuse’s name but she was magical. After our couples massage, my husband said he wanted to do another massage together before leaving so I got very familiar with the amazing spa. Our time with our friends was wonderful, although ironically we were asked at every meal except on our friend Barbara’s birthday if we were celebrating anything special. The main pool, quiet pool, and beach were all delightful with wonderful service. Dinners were exciting and tasty, and drinks are creative. Our room was awesome, however, reviews that state that walls are paper thin aren’t wrong and you can definitely hear people in the corridor late at night. We remedied this by bringing a small bluetooth speaker and played white noise when we were sleeping. After our goodbyes with our friends we enjoyed Maria Dolores, and had the ‘pitch’ breakfast the following morning. We weren’t in a position to buy their premium tier. However, they offered us several considerable incentives for a lower tier/smaller commitment that included being upgraded for the rest of our stay and upgrading those that travel with us in the future. Our second week opened up the inspira exclusive options and we enjoyed the skybar pool very much, as well as the premium beach options. Our new room was a swim out, which I didn’t initially think was my speed, but actually was very nice. We tried the options but found Mercado 19’s breakfast to be the best, and our server Donovan was quick to remember us and ask where our friends were during our second week. We enjoyed his spirit and service greatly, and especially enjoyed that he brought in photos of his family for us to see on our departure day. I believe we parted as friends. Having butlers for our second week was nice, though we aren’t used to being fussed over. It was nice to have someone to make change for tips, give advice, and make sure our needs were met. Alexis and Valeria were great. We happened to see more of Alexis and appreciated his warmth and enthusiasm for his work. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and the inspira perks did end up being considerable, and in my opinion worth while. Though we had a great experience prior as well. As someone who spent most of their 20s in hospitality, it is incredibly evident that the staff, from concierge to maintenance workers, are incredibly proud of the resort and excited to share it with their guests. We look forward to our return.

Amazing hotel that is very clean! Pool is great with lots of chairs and good service but Damaris Espinoza was the best! So attentive and kind!! Food was good, we loved that there was a breakfast buffet but also a sit down restaurant option. We loved the coffee shops and the steakhouse was our favorite. They also have a great gym for all styles of fitness!
