One&Only Le Saint Geran

We had an amazing holiday at St Geran. Our hosts and resort staff made our time very special. We stayed in Villa 12, and could not fault a single thing - perfection. The quality and selection of food was mind blowing and the 24 hour attention to detail and service levels by everyone at the resort was superb. The facilities at the resort are excellent. Shubham, Qiao, Thaarish and Chand - you guys were amazing. We will be back!

We had a very nice and comfortable experience with all family. Stayed in new private house with great team (Qiao, Shubham, Joyce, Thaarish & Chand) weather was perfect, kids enjoyed pure white sand and nice private pool. Kids stayed in kids room while we were playing tennis with great coach Daniel👍🏻 we definitely advise One&Only private homes and hotel👍🏻👍🏻

Amazing experience , very kind people, perfect service , always making sure that the guests are okay and make sure that they don’t need anything, very clean and organized, the best service i ever experienced in a hotel , the best beaches and pools.

Wir haben zwei Nächte im One&Only Le Saint Géran verbracht, um von dort aus den Norden von Mauritius mit dem Auto zu erkunden. Der Empfang war herzlich und professionell. Unser Mietwagen konnte problemlos auf dem Hotelparkplatz abgestellt werden. Die Zimmer sind modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet – besonders gut hat uns das kreative Starter-Set zur Zubereitung eines Mojitos gefallen. Eine nette und außergewöhnliche Idee! Die Qualität der Restaurants ist insgesamt sehr hoch, auch wenn wir nicht alle ausprobieren konnten. Das Frühstück war besonders hervorzuheben – abwechslungsreich, frisch und auf hohem Niveau. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam – hier gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Der Strand ist wunderschön: sehr weitläufig, mit feinem Sand und ausreichend Platz für alle Gäste. Da das Hotel an der Ostküste liegt, kann man wunderbare Sonnenaufgänge erleben. Die Poolanlage fanden wir für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie zu klein. Es gibt nur wenige Liegestühle, dafür jedoch kostenpflichtige Cabins – was in dieser Preisklasse unserer Meinung nach nicht angemessen ist. Hier wäre mehr Platz für reguläre Liegen deutlich sinnvoller. Die Lage ist ziemlich abgelegen. Ohne eigenes Auto ist es schwierig, die Insel flexibel zu erkunden. Das WiFi war enttäuschend – in unserem Zimmer funktionierte es praktisch gar nicht. Fazit: Eine wunderschöne Anlage und einigen echten Highlights, aber auch kleinen Schwächen im Detail. Für uns hat das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis insgesamt nicht gestimmt.

Absolutely outstanding experience. I don't want to talk much about the interiors, the amenities and the cuisine are top notch. The main advantage of this hotel is the team. All the staff members are incredibly friendly, ready to fulfill any requests and wishes. Big thanks to Ash & Sanjay for host us so professionally & kind.
