An Unqualified Thumbs-Up
What a gracious hotel and wonderful experience. Excellent spacious room (with expresso coffee maker), outstanding breakfast each morning, super-helpful staff (thank you, Jean Luc and Karin and Jakub) and concierge service. They helped us book tickets for a concert and made restaurant reservations for us -- their restaurant suggestions were first rate too. They have a charming rooftop terrace for drinks, and access to gardens behind the hotel that are lovely. Also, a fine location - just minutes walking from the Charles Bridge but also not far from the Castle and Cathedral of St. Vitus. I would definitely stay again.

Hôtel très agréable et très bien placé
J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel du 14 au 17 avril avec mon fils de 18 ans. Hôtel très bien placé pour visiter Prague à pied. Jolie chambre deluxe mais il y avait un problème car les rideaux occultants avaient été retirés et pas replacés. Nous avons donc été gênés par les lumières de la ville toute la nuit. J’ai signalé le problème au personnel de l’accueil et, dès le lendemain, il nous a été proposé une junior suite très agréable. Le personnel masculin de l’accueil a été particulièrement courtois et réactif. Le petit déjeuner est correct (même si la responsable du service n’était pas souriante). On aurait peut-être attendu un peu plus de diversité pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Les parties communes et les chambres sont particulièrement bien tenues et d’une propreté impeccable. Nous choisirons cet hôtel lors d’un nouveau séjour à Prague, qui est une très jolie ville.

Hotel je na krásné místě s vlastním vstupem do překrásné zahrady! Má fantastický a neobyčejně milý personál na recepci i v restauraci. Pokoje jsou krásné, prostorné, tiché a čisté, s nádherným výhledem. Snídaně i večeře jsou úžasné. Moc nás to u Vás bavilo, děkujeme a těšíme se zase na příště!

Merhaba Bizim için Prag seyahatini daha da özel kılan bir deneyim oldu. Hiç düşünmeden konaklama yapabilirsiniz. Bütün çalışanlar deneyimli ve çok ilgililerdi. Otelin konumu da çok güzel. Gürültüden uzak ancak merkezi konumda. Her yere özellikle eski şehir meydanı ve alış veriş caddesine yürüme mesafesinde. Ayrıca, bir akşam yemeğini mutlaka otelin lokantasında geçirmenizi öneriyorum.

Experiencia inolvidable
Conozco muy bien el sector hotelero de lujo y he decir que he quedado maravillado por todo el hotel en general. Habitación grande,espaciosa cuidando el más minimo detalle, sábanas, toallas y albornoces de gran calidad, cama king size, Apple tv. Pero sobre todo el trato humano y la actitud de los empleados, fue excelente. Quisiera dar las gracias a todo el departamento de front office, al conserje Henry , servicio de limpieza de habitaciones y como no, al director del hotel Jan Korta, por hacer inolvidable mi primera estancia en esta maravillosa ciudad como es Praga y al fantastico hotel Aria. Felicidades!
