Amazing experience in Cloud 9 Bar
Our waitress Amy was fabulous!! She surprised me and my friends with delicious cocktails and found the perfect fit for each of us!! We were blown away at her knowledge and extremely friendly service. Amy is one of the most talented waitresses I have ever met.

Erstklassiger Service. Geräumige Zimmer. Wir hatten 2 DZ mit Verbindungstür ( Executive Suite) Super Blick von der Rooftop-Bar. Sehr große Auswahl beim Frühstück. Speisen sehr hochwertig. Hier fühlt man sich als Member noch wertgeschätzt. Dies ist leider nicht in jedem Hotel bzw. mittlerweile bei den wenigsten Hilton Hotels so.

Review of service given by Ishmael at Hilton Prague
Our server was most attentive and knowledgeable in his job. He has excellent people skills and is polite, patient and intuitive in managing his responsibilities. He is both friendly and attentive to his customers needs. Your organization is lucky to have an employee of this caliber. He is an excellent representative of the Hilton brand. We have dined here specifically to have him be our server.

Hilton in Picturesque Prague
This was a lovely hotel with great amenities, the Gym and Pool were the best. Very much built for conferences. The rooms were a good size and their twin beds were the size of a double. The shower was really powerful and the right temperature. The breakfast was a little expensive but it was good quality and there was plenty of options. They also had a 24hr Café which was wonderful , coffees, teas and alcoholic drinks were served. There was an event roof top bar, so were were unable to visit. We also had a lovely meal in the restaurant. To get to the little town we took an Uber, we could have walked, it was about 20mins, it was just very easy getting an Uber. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
