Hotel NH Collection Prague Carlo IV

I didn’t have any expectation on the hotel and was completed overwhelmed by how nice the hotel was. The location is convenient, and for 10-15 minutes’ walk we can go everywhere. Entering the hotel lobby, I felt like I were in a palace. The architecture is beautiful and classic, and the front desk staff were very friendly. Since we had 3 rooms, two staff worked together to get us check in quicker. I was amazed at how nice the pool and the sauna rooms were - the pool was a standard 25-meter pool, and there the steam room and the sauna and steam rooms were both spacious. Between the sauna room and the steam room, there’s a partition with a bucket of cold water above the head. Simply pulling the rope and the bucket of cold water would be all over my body, and it felt great after being in the sauna room. I had stayed in many hotels before, but had not seen such fun facility. I didn’t expect that in the middle of Prague, this NH hotel would have facility better than the 5-star hotel we stayed in Karlovy Vary. The room was modern, clean and comfortable, and ours didn’t have much of a view. We stayed there for two nights and the whole family was loving it. We would love to go back when we visit Prague again.

The hotel’s wellness area was a highlight, featuring a beautiful indoor pool, a well-equipped fitness center, and a spa offering a range of treatments. It was the perfect place to unwind after exploring the vibrant city of Prague. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was another exceptional experience. The breakfast buffet was generous and of the highest quality, featuring a wide selection of local and international dishes, fresh ingredients, and personalized service. On comprend pourquoi beaucoup d'hôtels sont devenus "only adults". Des familles avec des gamins irrespectueux qui claquent leurs portes des chambres même a l'aube. Pas de tranquillité dans un hôtel sublime qui mérite mieux de ses hôtes.

Beautiful hotel conveniently located. The building is beautiful! Fell in love with it. Staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet, offered a very nice selection, and the rooms are comfortable and quiet (ours were). We loved being able to enjoy the spa pool after a long day of sight-seeing, that was definitely a nice bonus.

Excellent as always! Service is always friendly and prompt. They make you feel very welcome and special. Not just another number. Breakfast is excellent too.
