The Palms, Turks and Caicos

This was our second trip to The Palms and this time we were celebrating our honeymoon. Once again the staff at The Palms did not disappoint. The room was beautiful and well appointed. The grounds are meticulously maintained daily. The pool is gorgeous and our favorite bartender, Herbie, took great care of us and makes some mean cocktails! The breakfast, which is included with each room, was always plentiful and delicious. My husband is going to miss the woman that made his omelet every morning. We spent most evenings at Latitude, listening to live music three nights and enjoying delicious drinks. We will return - and it just may become an annual trip for us.

Stayed in King room. Very spacious and newly renovated. Ate at SiSi twice and Parallel 23 once. Fantastic! Service in the entire resort was great. Breakfast buffet and omelette station were delicious. The beach was beautiful. They would walk around with fruit by the pool which was nice. They have a store on site with everything you might need. Beer and rum for the room. Suntan lotion. Bug spray which you might need in the evening. Small bugs that you don’t really feel. The grounds and the pool are so relaxing. We can’t think of one thing negative to stay. 5 star!!

Jane and roy were fantastic as our hostess and our waiter!!! we loved the service and the food was spectacular!! we got the korean bbq waygu and the filet and both of us really enjoyed our meals! highly recommend this hotel and restaurant!!!!

During our stay, breakfast quickly became one of the highlights of each morning, thanks to Arlean. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with such genuine warmth and kindness that it felt like visiting an old friend. Her attention to detail, cheerful spirit, and thoughtfulness made every breakfast feel special. Arlean went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, always with a bright smile and a kind word. It is rare to come across someone who makes such a positive and lasting impression — she truly set the tone for our entire day. The food was delicious, but it was Arlean’s hospitality that made the experience unforgettable. Thank you, Arlean, for making our mornings so wonderful. We hope to see you again soon!

Fourth time to Turks and Caicos and second time to The Palms and it was great as usual! The location on world famous Grace Bay Beach, facilities and restaurants are world class...only to be outdone by the wonderful staff. Arlean, Fitzroy, Wesley and the pool and beach team were the best! Cannot wait to return!
