The Palms, Turks and Caicos

I have never been to a resort and felt more welcomed. EVERY one of the staff were so friendly, polite, and helpful. The maid service was exemplary with a main service and a turndown service complete with fresh towels, if needed. My favorite employee was Jane, the Hostess with the mostess! She greets each diner with a combination of grace and cheer, which is so nice. As far as the hotel, impeccable grounds, beautiful beach area, and I never had a problem getting a chair at the pool. I LOVE their policy to allow new guests to take chairs that have been unoccupied for more than 15 minutes. We will come back to Turks and Caicos as long as we can stay at The Palms.

Fabulous Vacation. The staff is overwhelmingly kind. Breakfast angels are Arlean, Merle, Michelle & Miss Jane. Dinner is delicious. Hats off to 'Miss Freddie' and Dwayne. The weather, the service and the entire property are paradise...

The grounds are gorgeous, the food was delicious - our favorite was the breakfast buffet! Ms. Jane greeted us every morning with a smile & genuine kindness, as if we were entering her personal home for breakfast! Our room location was perfect. We had a Jr. Suite & could walk right off our patio right into the pool area or down to the beach. The attendants were helpful in setting up a spot at the pool & the beach. We enjoyed our first meal at the Plunge - loved the veggie burger! We had read a review about people making claim to seating around the pool very early in the morning & we can confirm this. We were so close to the pool that it wasn’t a problem for us, but it definitely is an issue. If it’s your first time to Turks & Caicos, I recommend reading up on the tourism tax verses the service fee. As Americans, we struggled to figure out how to tip. The spa & service at the spa was wonderful! We booked two massages each, but one was sufficient for the experience. I’m partial to The Grove Park Spa in Asheville, NC where there’s more included with each service. The Palms was the perfect place for our honeymoon & definitely provided a lifetime of amazing memories!

This is an incredible hotel! The rooms were awesome. The restaurants are very good and Arlean was an excellent server. The pool is great and so is the beach! There are a lot of activities and restaurants nearby. Pina coladas are top notch here.

The food was delicious,service was on point,professional, classy. Rooms,beaches,pool area well kept. Big shout out to Mac, Jane for their help and service. The Spa is a must if u can. Everyone is so helpful which makes your stay so enjoyable.
