This was our third visit to Ritz since they opened once staying in hotel 3 times for the sushi bar which is great. Service is always pleasant. The reason for this review is everytime I have visited we leave with bites all over our legs. This time had to be the worst. I can’t come back. Its like the bar is infested with either mosquitos or sand fleas. Do something Ritz! I’m sure we aren’t the only people to complain.

The property is beautiful. The beach is stunning and the well appointed rooms have scenic views of the ocean. The service isn’t quite what one would expect of the Ritz and for the price. The staff was pleasant and friendly, but they seemed frequently understaffed. I waited for 30 min to get a drink at the pool bar after the Food and Beverage Manager checked on me-island speed. Beware that there are not enough chairs by the pool. If you wait until 8:00 a.m. to claim yours, you won’t find one. Plenty at the beach. Please also be advised that despite spending $1,300 a night for a room, there is also a 10% service charge per night and a $75 resort fee per night. I guess you are supposed to know that service or use of the resort does not come with the room. There is also a tourism tax per night. I enjoyed the stay, but for the price will head elsewhere in the future.

Second time at this hotel. Figured we were using points so worth a second shot. We were wrong! Great location. Beautiful beach. You MUST go down very early to get beach and pool chairs. If you miss the time slot you will end up sitting way back on the beach- and there won't be a single chair left by the pool. Insane! We wanted to sit by pool one afternoon but there wasn't a single lounge available. Worst part is that most- not all- of the staff are indifferent. They don't clear old towels in a timely manner and forget about getting beach/ pool service. Waited 40 minutes for a beer( not a mixed drink) - but we eventually gave up. Most of the staff is not friendly. Never going back

We stayed for five nights, as a family of four travelling with two little kids. We were bowled over by the welcome we received (including sparkling wine for our anniversary, and cupcakes, cookies & milk for our kids). From the outset, we knew that they treat their guests well at this resort! The grounds are stunning, albeit a bit small (compared to for example RC Aruba), and the beach is incredible. There are two pools, one is adults-only and looks very inviting, and one for families which has a gradual entry that's great for babies and toddlers. One downside we found is that pool service is not that great. It's hard to get attention to order food/drinks and the towel service is also not as good as I would expect (notable exception is MJ who was amazing and so nice to our kids). However, service elsewhere is excellent - all staff are super friendly, especially towards kids. Particularly, the restaurant staff are really sweet to the kids. The location couldn't be better - it's close to all possible amenities. There is a kids club there which is a life saver for parents. They have a full schedule of complimentary activities for the kids, and the staff there are so kind and patient with the littles. There are also lots of toys and recreational equipment for the kids to play with outside of the programming. The other downside I'll mention is cost. Of course you expect the Ritz Carlton to be expensive, but the prices of food and drink at this resort are on a level higher than I would have anticipated. Overall, this is an extraordinary family-friendly resort and I recommend it highly to anyone considering staying here. Special shoutouts: Wilbert (Manager), MJ (pool), Teresa (Coralli), Ms. Sinous (Casa Nonna), front desk lady who kept calling my daughter princess (sorry I didn't catch her name!), all staff at the kids club

My family of 4 including two kids under 10 had an amazing stay at the Ritz Carlton in Turks and Caicos. While the location and scenery are amazing the most memorable part of the trip was the staff of chefs on the property. We have a young family member with an allergy and we have never felt more comfortable while on vacation. I reached out to the resort ahead of time and was immediately put in touch with the head chef of the Ritz, who promptly put me in touch with all the chefs on the property. Each restaurant we visited the chef came out to greet us and ensure that all our food would be prepared properly as to not have to worry about our allergy. This was above and beyond just telling the wait staff (who was amazing also). Me and my family truely appreciate the Ritz team going the extra mile, I would highly recommend this Ritz to anyone, but especially anyone concerned about food allergies.
