simõn & edgar are the best servers at this resort!! you can find them at Noi for breakfast. they brought us a goodbye treat on our last day. they make everyone feel special. we were so pleased with all of the service throughout our trip. it was amazing!

Incredible stay
Amazing resort, did the all inclusive package at the north tower & it did not disappoint. The staff was incredible, especially at the rooftop bar. Alejandro was very attentive & hospitable! Eduardo Lona & Edgar were also very lovely. 10/10!

Great place, but there's a few catches and cautions to note..
Great resort, been there three times. Food and service is usually solid. Their sales tactics feel like a car dealership. Their "resort credits" come with so many restrictions, they are almost useless. They will try to get you into a time share sales pitch - highly suggest you avoid this. Do not tip on the bill, even if all-inclusive. One of their servers added a ton to one bill hoping we wouldn;t notice at check out. We did, received a half apology, and only tip in cash now - no exceptions. Definitely DO NOT book with their website online. If you have to change or cancel your reservation, they force you to call thier hotel/reservation line. You cannot do it online, like every other site out there. It's a complete and unneeded waste of customers' time. Use a travel site instead - much easier to deal with.

The Four Seasons of All Inclusives - Hotel Mousai is a Cut Above
Hotel Mousai in PV was amazing. For background, my wife and I live on the East Coast and typically will go to resorts in Cancun and the Caribbean. We typically visit Excellence, Sandals and Secrets resorts.However, we decided to give Hotel Mousai in PV a try. This was by far the best all inclusive resort we have ever been to. The food is incredible, the drinks are great, and the service is outstanding. Hotel Mousai is equivalent to a Four Seasons Resort but better because it is all inclusive. I was worried about not being able to have a lounger/bed on the rooftop during the weekend based on prior reviews. However, there was absolutely no issue with this. We were there over the weekend and never had an issue with the pool concierges assisting us with getting a bed. Food Tip - the Oysters Rockefeller on the rooftop are worth the splurge! Diego Mora our butler was fantastic. He assisted us with reservations, always checked in, and was always available to help with anything we needed. The only negative of the whole trip was having to leave. We enjoyed our time so much we will be returning in November for a week!

Perfect long weekend at a wonderful resort.
Amazing time staying for a long weekend at the south tower. Service at the infinity pool was impeccable. Thanks to Antonio,Alex, and Eduardo. Food and service at all three restaurants was excellent. Hiroshi remains my favorite. Big shout out to Ernesto who helped us with all our needs at restaurants, activities, etc. Spa Imagine also delivered a wonderful experience. We will be back.
