Way Beyond Fantastic
Wow, we wish we could give 10 stars! Been coming here for years, it's one of the best places I've stay around the world. It's crazy beautiful, lush jungle on a perfect beach. They have 2 gorgeous pools, one of which is for adults only. The food and drinks are phenomenal, I recommend getting a mezcal margaritas with grapefruit and ginger, and the tuna ceveche tostada with peanuts and pumpkin seeds, poolside. Both restaurants are incredible too, The Spice Market has a jewbox of an interior with and Asian inspired menu that knocks it out of the park. The people and the service are of a St. Regis or Four Seasons level, personable, friendly, welcoming, and so very helpful!! We are already planning to return this next Winter!

Amazing 3 night birthday stay!
We had a thoroughly lovely 3 nights at the W Punta De Mita - the room was super comfortable with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The Spa facilities are super high-end and the staff there were just lovely and so friendly. The food options were good too - we actually loved the Spice Market so much we had dinner there every night - the food was off the charts good! The property is huge and well cared for. All the staff we encountered were super friendly and accommodating from check in to check out. Morning coffee and cakes at Rubra was lovely too - very happy and would definitely return.

Save yourself
Big mistake coming here. Their website clearly says the restaurant is open until 11pm — it’s not, it closes at 10:30. They don’t honor Bonvoy or Amex Platinum upgrades (we have both — didn’t matter). The light in our room is broken, it smells like sewage, and the “sofa” is a beat-up bench. Mini bar? Completely empty. We called the front desk right away to try to cancel and go elsewhere — they refused. If you’re looking for a budget option, go with the Conrad. If you actually want a nice room, spend a little more and stay at the St. Regis or Four Seasons. Maybe if you’re 20 and just need a crash pad this would work. But if you have any real expectations, you’ll be seriously disappointed by the W Punta Mita.

Espectacular todo! La cama deliciosa, la comida riquísima. Fui al Women’s Takeover con mis amigas y la pasamos padrísimo. Un día lleno de actividades en donde sudamos, aprendimos a preparar drinks, pintamos y obvio nos divertimos muchísimo. Regresaría una y mil veces.

Un fin de semana, increíble, lleno de actividades y comida deliciosa, tienen una nueva propuesta en el restaurante Rubra y es una delicia. Las camas son súper suaves y hay una bañera deliciosa con una vista al mar. Puedes perfectamente dejar tus cosas en un camastro e irte a la playa sin preocupación alguna y en estas fechas. El clima está delicioso porque no hace mucho calor
