Pessima esperienza
Pessima esperienza. Prenotato in febbraio per 3 notti per festeggiare 10’ anniversario di matrimonio a fine maggio. Prenotato immenso suite da oltre 10’000 euro per 3 notti. 30 giorni prima dell’arrivo mi scrivono una e-mail dandomi imperativamente 48/h per pagare l’intero soggiorno altrimenti avrebbero cancellato la mia prenotazione. Premetto che la mail è stata inviata durante la settimana di Pasqua ed io ero nel deserto dell’Oman con scarse possibilitá di collegarmi al wifi. Il giorno seguente mi mandano una nuova e-mail dandomi 24/h di tempo per procedere al pagamento. La sera, rientrato in hotel, ho controllato la posta elettronica e mi sono molto infastidito per questo trattamento che nulla ha a che vedere con una struttura 5 stelle lusso. Ho risposto alla mail con toni forti (forse eccessivi ma comunque senza parole offensive o volgarità) per dimostrare il mio totale disappunto e chiedendo tempo fino al mio rientro per procedere al pagamento. Anzichè scusarsi la manager mi ha risposto invitandomi a cancellare la prenotazione in quanto persona non gradita. Oltre al danno anche la beffa! Sicuramente hanno clientela in abbondanza e la mia suite l’avranno rivenduta in poco tempo ma comunque che livello bassissimo di cura al cliente.

this was a beautiful hotel... it had a great staff.. it was very comfortable.. i loved this. hotel .it was quite intimate.. we had a very enjoyable stay.. well located and not pretentious.. breakfast was really good.. ravello is a great city

I travel frequently for business, but this stay made me feel like I was on vacation. The workspace in the room was perfectly designed, the Wi-Fi was lightning-fast, and the 24-hour business center was a lifesaver. But what truly set this place apart was the rooftop lounge - the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of meetings. The bartender's knowledge of craft cocktails was impressive
