Highly recommend
Just a beautiful location and overall gorgeous hotel. The room was clean and well appointed with super comfortable beds. The pool and beaches were immaculate and scenic, with terrific options for lounging and wonderfully friendly attendants for food and drink. On-site restaurants were very pricey for the quality but we ended loving the coffee shop and poolside treats for most of the stay. Close to El Yunque and an easy drive in to visit San Juan. I have no regrets.

AMAZING
Amazing. But Ricardo Alamo and Raymond carmona, were amazing. And that’s why I say amazing. They took care of us. Told us to go to where we should and when. My god what an amazing experience because of these two. Best bar I’ve been too in a very long time because of these two!!!

5 Days In Paradise
What a wonderful experience! We visited with our family children ages 9 and 12. Our children loved the smaller pool and the beach. We did wear water shoes due to the small rocks when on the beach. We found the smaller pool area by building 36/37 more relaxing. The staff were SO friendly!! Everyone smiled and helped out as much as possible. The rooms are immaculately clean. The grounds are beautiful. We are already looking forward to returning.

Tuve una excelente experiencia en este hotel. La comida fue deliciosa, variada y bien presentada. La música en vivo y el ambiente en general creaban una vibra alegre y relajante. Los empleados fueron muy atentos, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Además, todo estaba impecablemente limpio. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería. ¡Muy recomendado!

Beautiful resort!
Room was very clean, pools in great condition, all conference areas were nice. Prime restaurant was delicious! Service at front desk was super friendly. Overall really great stay! Beach was gorgeous too. Slow service at waters edge restaurant was really our only complaint of the entire trip.
