Just absolutely incredible. I hosted my wedding here (60 guests) and have nothing but outstanding things to say. The service is the best in the business, you will not find better. Everyone working the pool deck and beyond will wait on your hand and foot - and make sure your experience is nothing less than exceptional. Food is cooked with quality ingredients and absolutely delicious, the cocktails are top-notch. Gym is beautiful and peaceful, spa the same. Best massage I’ve ever had from Maria! Rooms are clean, comfortable and luxurious. I would recommend over and over again. We will be back in the future! Thank you Viceroy for such an amazing wedding experience!

My wife and I enjoyed our second visit at this fabulous property and we will be back! Villas are fantastic, food and beverages outstanding, and the entire staff is amazing…so attentive and personable and professional. Highly recommend if you want to avoid a big hotel/resort crowd and truly relax!

Amazing time at the Viceroy
Our time at the Viceroy was amazing! The villa was beautiful as were the grounds, it truly felt like you were walking through the jungle as you walked through the resort. Pepe and Jose were outstanding and took care of us so well down at the beach. Both were friendly and attentive and made it feel like a truly premium experience. Would absolutely recommend the Viceroy.

Enterprise Sales President's Club Location - Top Notch
Tremendous time with the crew at Viceroy - Pepe, Carlos took care of our work group throughout the stay. They solved problems that arose (very few) and helped make it a memorable experience. A fantastic location to host President's Club/Sales Club for an organization! Spa was remarkable as well!

A Slice of Paradise
Spent 3 nights here for my wife's 50th birthday and can't wait to go back! From the second we arrived we were made to feel so welcome and the setting was unbelievable - each villa has its own private pool and is situated in a jungle-like garden next to the beach. Upon checking in, we were given a tour of the grounds and the spa, where we were welcomed with a spiritual ceremony (not usually my thing but this felt great). Then it was on to the villa itself which was spectacular - every detail was perfect. We loved the physical aspects but it was the staff who made this trip so memorable - every single member of staff felt like our best friend after a couple of days....we were so sad leaving. Can't wait to go back here and visit paradise again soon!
