The hotel is comfortable. Our room didn't have a coffee maker. We found out the next day that everything else's room did have them. So, we got one for the next day. Worst thing is we were told checkout is noon. We did a tour and got back to the room at 11:45. Key didn't work. Went down to desk. They said, oh someone else is in your room. You left things there so we put them in a plastic bag for you. I got some of my things, I guess they threw the rest away. Terrible.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel because we were on tour. As you walk in your senses are filled with a pleasing aroma that makes you fill luxurious. Their bathrooms on the main floor are equiped with necessities such as hairbrush, toothbrushes and women hygiene products. Everything is clean and orderly. The rooms themselves are spacious and accommodating. The included breakfast had a lot of variety items to choose from. We were pleased with the attention of Elena at breakfast. Also Marika as a concierge. She sat with us and made sure we knew where we were going. Provided us with a map of Rome and made suggestions that helped us with our itinerary. I even text the hotel with questions prior to our stay on WhatsApp and was answered promptly. I always kept the address ready on my phone to provide to taxi drivers if needed during our stay. The front desk will call you a taxi as well of needed. Loved their decor of orchids and plants in their lobby. Enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

This NH hotel, located in the upscale shopping district of Prati, is stylish, safe, and beautiful. It’s only a 10-15 walk to the Vatican and the historical center of Rome. The staff were professional and very helpful, and both the hotel and our room were immaculate. We had a lovely stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location is good to walk to Vatican, Castel Sant’Angelo and Piazza Navona. Rome is a city where you have to walk, so even Trevi fountain, Pantheon and Spanish Steps can be reached by foot. But to visit the Colosseum and Forum Romanum it‘s better to take an Uber or Taxi to avoid being tootired to visit those sites. The location felt less touristy than being in the center of Rome. And still, there were good restaurant and shopping options around. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful with tips, information or making restaurant reservations. We got a free upgrade to a suite, so had a spacious and bright room. The bed and pillows could be more comfortable. We would come back.
