Fantastic and Friendly.
Michael Zuniga was a delightful gentleman who graciously accompanied us on a spontaneous private tour! He shared the history and the transformation of this Brewery to the magical hotel that is now enjoyed today. He was unhurried and considerate in his conversation. We are grateful that he was such a kind ambassador of Hotel Emma & SAT in general.

Marvelous Gem in SA
Hotel Emma may be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We chose this hotel on a recent anniversary trip in SA. The hotel’s location at the Pearl is amazing. There are so many excellent food options at the Pearl and inside the hotel. The service by the staff was great. The complimentary drinks were great. We stayed around Christmas season so the Riverwalk was decorated with holiday lights, which gave so much more life to the hotel and Pearl. The room was impressive and very comfortable. We enjoyed the snacks that were included. The hotel is definitely pricey but worth it for special occasions.

LOOOOVE this hotel
Ahhhhhhmazing!! So beautiful, comfortable, unique, top notch experience. Upon arrival the staff and surrounding ambiance was amazing, we never wanted to leave. Even after particpating in the tourist things, we could not wait to return to the hotel for our nightcap/visits in the entrance lounging area by the fireplace or inside main doors. So many comfy chairs and couches to relax and catch up on. Brunch at Supper was delish! Def. be back.

Memorable night in San Antonio
Hotel Emma is a true gem. From the service from the minute we stepped out our vehicle to the excellent dinner and service at Southerleigh then breakfast and the wonderful service I got from my wait staff at Supper. Our room was gorgeous, overlooking the Riverwalk with luxurious bedding. Loved it and will be back.

My New Favorite
This is now my favorite ever hotel experience. I am stunned at how perfect everything was - the guest service was 10/10. I loved the room - very chic, but not just window dressing. The bed was comfy, the bathtub was wonderfully oversized, the linens were high quality (extra large towels, a robe that I would like to purchase for my home). Add in the interior design, the food on the property, the top-notch lobby bar - this hotel is in a class of its own.
