My New Favorite
This is now my favorite ever hotel experience. I am stunned at how perfect everything was - the guest service was 10/10. I loved the room - very chic, but not just window dressing. The bed was comfy, the bathtub was wonderfully oversized, the linens were high quality (extra large towels, a robe that I would like to purchase for my home). Add in the interior design, the food on the property, the top-notch lobby bar - this hotel is in a class of its own.

Hotel Emma is a favorite! Highly recommend!
If you want a five start experience I recommend Hotel Emma. It is a beautiful luxurious hotel in a prime location walkable to many restaurants and river! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Bath products are top of the line. Decor and ambience are amazing and food and service is excellent.

Wonderful luxury experience with the comforts of home
The Hotel Emma was a wonderful luxury hotel with excellent service and amenities. The local in the Pearl is perfect, the rooms are comfortable yet elegant too. Every detail has been well covered and we enjoyed our stay. The staff went over and above in every area of the hotel to make our stay extra special. I highly recommend this property.

Lovely stay - kind and accommodating of sensitivies
They were extremely courteous when accommodating requests related to food and environmental allergies, and they asked if I was also sensitive to fragrance. I am, so they made sure their cleaning team did not use strong fragrances (not even their signature candle/scent) in preparing my room. I didn't even know I could request low-scent cleaning. My stay was completely uneventful, which is a good thing. The grounds and surrounding area in The Pearl were charmingly unique, and the hotel itself is elegantly charming in every way.

A Beautiful and Comfortable yet Rustic and Clean Hotel
The room was rustic and clean. The staff was friendly and I felt like they cared that my stay was nothing but exceptional. My husband and I loved the king room. The bed was so comfortable, the shower pressure was amazing, hotel Emma's hygiene products smelled amazing and is a high quality product. Everything from our first interaction in the parking lot, to the front staff, to housekeeping, to checkout was easy and they made us feel comfortable.
