One&Only Palmilla

Amazing Hotel. We are a vegan family and they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They have exceptional service. Highly recommend this hotel.

Easily one of the nicest resorts we’ve stayed at in Mexico or anywhere else. The food and service were excellent. Having a “host” during our stay made everything so easy. Highly recommend.

Facilities are beautiful. Staff recognizes everyone they pass with their hand over their hearts and there is incense burning throughout the entire property which was a lovely touch. O and O Palmilla has the best spa I've ever been to.

The One & Only Palmilla was just that. We had a fantastic time on this beautiful property. The service was very easy through the concierge that was assigned to us. We had never experienced such instantaneous connection, if we wanted to change a reservation for a restaurant or make an appointment for the spa. We felt very pampered, which is what we never expected. Staff was super fantastic and they were gracious at every turn.

The best vacation I have experienced. This hotel is amazing and makes you not want to leave. I traveled with my six year old daughter and husband and had a really relaxing and memorable time. The staff is excellent especially the hosts (June and Diana were wonderful and so thoughtful) they made us feel welcome and were just generally kind people. The spa was gorgeous and my massage was top-notch. My daughter went to the kids club one day and loved it. She wanted to spend time with us the rest of the days, but for other families with young kids this amenity is great. The bed was comfy, bathroom was beautiful. Breakfast at agua was a highlight, we went every single day and enjoyed. It is expensive, but that is to be expected at luxury resorts, so I wasn’t shocked. I really didn’t want to leave and we want to go back soon!
