Je suis allée en couple pour mon anniversaire. La chambre choisie a été surclassée, plus grande. Le séjour s’est super bien passé. Nous nous sommes sentis à l’aise. Le personnel est professionnel et adorable depuis le voiturier, le personnel à l’accueil, la femme de chambre, le personnel du petit déjeuner et la responsable du spa.´un grand merci à vous tous. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et excellent. Un parcours sans faute qui nous donne envie de revenir…..

Absolute perfection Thank you to everyone for a beautiful sojourn in Liguria. This is truly one of the great hotels and it is even more special because it is in ITALY! Everyone at the hotel is extremely professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. Some major luxury hotels have staff with attitude which is disgraceful; Royal Sanremo is in a class of its own. Weekend fuori stagione in occasione del festival dei fiori. L’hotel Royal rimane un punto di riferimento dell’ospitality a Sanremo. Camera 533: spaziosa e con un bel terrazzo vista mare. Arredi e la camera da bagno datati. Ampio il letto. Migliorabile il materasso. Ho apprezzato le continue migliorie che anno dopo anno vengono fatte in questo edificio storico. Piacevole e ben fatta la nuova zona bar e lounge. Breakfast buono, ma non potrà essere ricordato come uno dei migliori. Personale gentile e premuroso.

Ci avevo dormito un paio di volte nel passato e mi sono sempre trovato benissimo. Senza contare che sono pet friendly, per me imperativo. L'altro giorno è stato un vero piacere partecipare ad un loro evento privato e tutto il personale è altamente professionale e disponibile. Un grande grazie al F&B / Events in particolare ad Antonella ed Alessio due punti fermi della struttura. L'organizzazione e l'accoglienza è stata perfetta.
