Ponta Dos Ganchos

! Hotel muito aconchegante, com uma gastronomia espetacular! A atenção de toda a equipe é sensacional; é difícil encontrar um atendimento assim em outras praias do Sul. O SPA é o melhor que já vi, sem falar na vista da sala de massagem, que se debruça sobre o mar azul celestial…

Segunda vez que eu venho no hotel, dessa vez pegamos um quarto superior e por culpa de um grande temporal perdemos praticamente 1 diária, já que as áreas cobertas do hotel foi interditado e não tinha nada pra fazer, ficamos dentro do quarto o dia todo. Ducha dupla sem pressão, quando abre um o outro perde a pressão d’água, reclamei na recepção mas não foi resolvido. Segundo dia após o temporal fomos almoçar no restaurante do mar e um pessimo atendimento. Os atendentes ficam tudo escondido dentro do restaurante e a praia vazia sem ninguém pra atender, demorou 20 minutos pra chegar um drink. Eles te servem tudo no copo/taça e desaparece até com a refrigerante na horar de almoçar, jarra d’água, garrafa de vinho e vc tem que fica esperando eles lembrarem de vc pra virem servir novamente. Se quiser tomar um vinho pra curtir com a companheira provavelmente vai dar sono em ambos e não vai acontecer nada. Tudo muito parado inclusive sem garçom pra atender. Provavelmente é a última vez que eu venho, depois de 2 vindas e o sistema esta decaindo ano após ano. A diária é absurdamente cara para o que oferecem

No solo el hotel era hermoso y exclusivo si no que la atención y servicio fueron incomparables. Podes hacer cenas súper íntimas, masajes, caminatas por el lugar. Hay un gimnasio súper bien equipado con una piscina pública hermosa también. Los lugares elegidos para desayuno, almuerzo y cena están en el medio de la naturaleza. La limpieza de los bungalows era exhaustiva y constante. Merecen 1000 estrellas.

Experiência simplesmente perfeita! Tudo no ponta dos ganchos se remete a exclusividade, luxo e tranquilidade, desde as acomodações até o detalhe de oferecer aos hóspedes uma manta durante a visita a praia privativa em um dia de frio. Para quem procura uma hospedagem que possui excelência em atendimento, que é intimista, personalizada, de alta gastronomia e que oferece a possibilidade de escolha de ficar em seu bangalô (e creiam, não dá vontade de sair) ou ter uma experiência fantástica em uma das áreas comuns do hotel esse é o lugar. Sou fã e recomendo com todas as letras! Parabéns a toda a equipe (que é muito atenciosa e ágil)!

It is a pleasure for me to take the time to write this review. Also, it is a much larger pleasure for me to say that this is the VERY-BEST HOTEL that I have ever stayed in my life. Most of the best 5* hotels that I've ever stayed and enjoyed would be roughly a 3* hotel compared to Ponta Dos Ganchos. I've had read some reviews before going there, and most of them were fabulous but a few --I cannot understand those few opinions. Really. If you ever decide to travel there based on this review, you have my permission to write me directly if it does not meet your expectations. Short list of Pros and Cons: PROS: EVERYTHING! -The service: the best service we've ever enjoyed. There are ready for every need you may have and you will never get a "no" for an answer. -The kindness and attention of the staff: part of the service, but it deserves a separate chapter, is the kindness and attention of all the staff. They are definitely professionals. And big time. Junior, Mayzon, Lucas, German, Cleverson, every one of them helps make this place a unique place. -The-Most-Romantic-Ever: out of this world, everything is ready for a romantic and private ocassion with your love one. -The Bungalows: wow. That's all I can say because I do not want to spoil anything. Wow. Wow. Wox x 1.000.000 times. We stayed in Vila Especial Bungalow. Wow. You have your own pool, your own deck with chairs to sunbath, you own sauna, your own yacuzzi... in short, you own palace. -The restaurants: beautiful, complete, cozy. -The food: incredible. Great everything. Seafood, entres, desserts, meat. We couldn't stop enjoying their Kir Royales. -The special events: Dinner on the Island, Dinner in Veleza, just lovely and romantic. Several steps dinners prepare for only those who booked the experiencia, you can have a romantic dinner, alone with your spouse/wife/significant other/whoever you are with. -The whole place is FANTASTIC. The gym, small but good enough. Swimming pool: there is a large one that I did see but didnt use because we had our own pool in the room. The Loja, where we got some nice stuff as souvenir. The breakfast restaurant, from where you can see the coast. The flowers and plants of the whole place, in the middle of the sounds from birds, insects, the win. Total and relaxing natural silence. CONS: -The only CON I may find is if you drive from Florianopolis airport AT NIGHT. I DID NOT DO IT, so this is not an educated opinion but just a guessing. The road from Florianopolis is quite nice and an easy ride, except for the last 20' where there are a lots of zigzaging and closed curves as you travel by the cost and into higher terrains. Some passages of the road reminded me those of the Amalfi Coast in Italy. So, the only thing that I can recommend is to drive there while there still is sunlight. If you are looking for a romantic and reserved place, in a luxury environment, with the highest level of proffesional service that the hotel business can provide, this is the place. I can guarantee that. We were so possitively shocked that we are already making our plans to visit again next year.
