Hotel vecchiotto, camera peggio e bagno non pulito. Servizio in camera inqualificabile: cibo freddo, ordine errato. Orari per colazione ridicoli per 5 stelle. Ricevimento da ostello sia in fase di check in sia durante il soggiorno. Scoperto di persona il motivo per cui costa la metà dei concorrenti...

Abril de 2025 No checkout entregaram.nos faturas proforma, inválidas para efeitos contabilisticos. Depois de uma semana a enviar emails e a ligar para a recepção (3×), ainda não consegui que me enviem os documentos corrigidos. Total falta de respeito pelos clientes. Incompreensível e inadmissível!
