Simply wow
Everything about this experience was amazing. From the staff to the room, the amenities and food we got to eat: it all was incredible. Hope to return here soon for whatever reason. Sanur is a nice and relatively quiet part of Bali which helps, and there are also plenty of spots to visit either within walking distance or a short drive away.

Quality venue & beautiful gardens & our Pool Villa although smallish by villa standards was very well fitted out & had great for a couple of days break. Few hiccups & issues but nothing that would complain on socials about Swimming Pools really busy however was school holidays Breakfast was very well done & quality of overall food excellent

Nothing like it in Sanur - Amazing
Thank you Andaz for your exceptional hospitality and service throughout our stay with our young family. We stayed in the Ocean View Lagoon Suite which was absolutely stunning and spacious with access straight out to the lagoon and main pool. Anything asked of Andaz was never an issue and always accommodated. The only minor issue (constructive criticism) would be around check-in. It took a long time, around 45 minutes plus. However, we were probably also a bit fragile by that point after a long day travelling with tired a 3 & 5 year old. Andaz is easily the most stunning resort in Sanur. You are paying for luxury, which even the 5 star resorts either side of Andaz are missing. There is nothing else like it in Sanur. The specially set up kids activity table from 8am each morning at Breakfast was also a great feature, lots of little activities to keep them occupied while we could sit back and enjoy. Also, a special mention to Cok Is, you were simply amazing and so kind and professional from booking, right through to our last day. We can’t wait to come back, hopefully when our youngest is in a better mood for travelling 🙃😵💫 Thanks Andaz!

Love it just not happy with room allocated
Have been here for three nights. Loving it so far and will post review later in the stay. Only negative is asked for a quiet room because in this forum they said not to have a room near the village and we go to bed early and get up early. And that’s where we are.. right above the village
