An absolutely wonderful experience
This Hotel is called the Unique Hotel and the running joke for us was how Unique everything actually is; the architecture, the lighting, the way the windows are shaped, how they open and close and how the lights automatically turn on and off when you need them. Even the towels are kept on a rack that keeps them heated. There are so many more unique twists but I do want to mention that the staff and concierges take their jobs seriously and all of them had a very positive impact on our vacation. Great people with wonderful suggestions and recommendations delivered in a very friendly manner. As amazing as the architecture is it's always the "people" who make the biggest difference!

Fui muito bem atendida por todos os funcionários! Desde a recepção até o café da manhã. O hotel estava em reforma mas mesmo assim fizeram de tudo para agradar! Certamente voltarei mais vezes! As piscinas são lindas e o quarto muito estiloso!

Restaurante Skye é incrível! Fui muito bem recebida pelo atendente Rafael, comida perfeita e todos super atenciosos. Ambiente elegante e moderno, músicas muito legais, com DJ presente. Com certeza uma experiência que indico e vale cada centavo.

O hotel é bárbaro e supera as expectativas (que já eram altas). Diria que o conteúdo “humano” o torna ainda mais especial. Funcionárias que deixam sua experiência muito boa da entrada (valet) até sua saída. Quero destacar a cordialidade do Concierge Samuel. Super gentil e atencioso. Nos proporcionou um verdadeiro “savoir-faire”. Sem contar que não é todo lugar que te recepciona com “Veuve Clicquot”, não é? E a suíte Broadway? Um ESPETÁCULO. Tecnológica, luxuoso, rica em elementos arquitetônicos associados à uma tecnologia de ponta. A atenção aos detalhes e o cuidado com as felicitações pelo meu aniversário também foi muito especial. Fiquei encantado. A Fátima que nos recepcionou no Skye também é um encanto. Afetiva, nos chama pelo nome e tem um sorriso único. O restaurante acomodou super bem meus convidados. Ponto alto, também, para a surpresa que temos quando damos um mergulho na belíssima piscina vermelha (não vou contar aqui para não estragar a surpresa). O Unique faz jus ao nome: é único. Exclusivo. Sem igual.
